infrared41
I never thought I'd live to see the day when the Seahawks would become hated, let alone relevant.Just my opinion, but I think most of the hate is aimed at your quarterback. Before Wilson and his automaton personality came to town, I liked the Seahawks and I'll probably like them again when he moves on. I'm surprised that so many people like Brady on these boards. So not liking Russell Wilson = liking Tom Brady. Got it. Wasn't talking about you. Got that? Sorry about that, tough guy. It was an honest mistake. I hadn't seen many "I like Brady posts" over the past few pages. When I said I'd prefer Brady over Wilson and then saw your post shortly thereafter, I just assumed it was at least partially in response to my post. I'm not trying to be a tough guy. Sorry for that. It was said in the heat of the moment. No worries.
dfwabel
Don't worry, Cam Newton will still be criticized for this game with letters to the editor in the Charlotte Observer simply because today ends in -y.
DG_ThenNowForever
I bet Wilson wishes he could take that pick six back.Good finish though after a blowout start. 1 hour ago, ShutUpLutz! said: and the drunken doodoobags jumping off the tops of SUV's/vans/RV's onto tables because, oh yeah, they are drunken drug abusing doodoobags
JayMac
It was a good fight to claw back but I still think the better team won. Congrats to the Panthers.

FiddySicks
Sweet. Guaranteed to have at least one representative in the Super Bowl who I don't dislike. The idea of a Cardinals-Panthers NFC title game is so awesome. Two franchises not known for much guaranteed a Super Bowl bid. I can't wait for next Sunday. BlackBolt3
The Panthers came out and punched Seattle in the mouth. It sucks that the bout had to go to decision, but I'll take it. Two more games. #KeepPounding

martymcfry
Well, how 'bout that? There were two games played today. Carolina won the first one 31-0; Seattle won the second 24-0. Hats off the the Panthers.

FiddySicks
So, I've been looking all over for it and cant find it anywhere. Any idea on why the Panthers decided to go all white at home today? FiddySicks
Really? I didn't know that was a thing they did. I know they wore only white during their Super Bowl run, but they were the road team every game. I also remember them wearing white at home vs the Cowboys once, but that was more to force Dallas into their road jerseys. Actually, I think that was the same year. That Dallas game was the only home game they had. Panthers also did this in the 2007-08 divisional round vs Arizona. Interesting. Seadragon76
That 31-0 was too much... plain and simple. I give Carolina credit for jumping out like gangbusters early. Now, the hard part for Seattle fans: Is this where the window starts to close? I get the feeling that Lynch is all but done in Seattle... you have guys that are going to be free agents and, more often then not, get scooped up by other teams. I get the feeling that the championship window is starting to shut and I fear it'll shut with their hands on the windowsill.

Doing some research, they've only worn the home jerseys in the postseason twice (I couldn't find any pictures of 1996 or 2005, but I don't think they wore the black jerseys). Both were in the divisional round and they lost both times. In 2008, 33-13 to the Cardinals and in 2013, where they lost to the 49ers 23-10.So maybe they think it's cursed? FiddySicks
I totally forgot about that Niners game in 2014. They went ALL black for that game, too (thanks to a friend for pointing that out to me). Yeah they had to have worn black because I bought a Kaepernick white jersey specifically because they were going to be on the road for every playoff game.
