Eugene, Oregon going with Carolina-Atlanta

Austin, TX going with Washington-Indianapolis

I wonder who decided on that?

I'm guessing Eugene will have Mariota games until he retires.

No idea about Austin though; I'm sure there's a UT connection I'm missing.

Are you planning to wear Packers gear?

Absolutely.  Bills fans have been great since we got here yesterday.

Will you in 24 hours🤣🤣🤣

Outcome of the game gon' be what it is...I'm talking about two of the absolute best (if not THE best) tailgate fanbases and atmospheres chopping it up...I've never actually been TO the Bills stadium, but I've been close. One of these days I'll catch a tailgate and a game there...it's on my list. (So too is Lambeau on game day.)

Yeah. We will have a great tailgate. We've got brats, burgers and brisket. I'm on the grill. It will be fun.

Just joking regarding the outcome of the game doing anything for my fun. While it IS fun to win, the whole weekend is the real deal.

And thus my envy.

One of these days, though! (Glad you're getting to enjoy all that, by the way.)

I liked that pic because of the dog. I'm a simple man. I see a picture of a dog, I click like. Anyways, here's the TV Map for tomorrow:

Very weird that one small chunk of Oregon is getting the Panthers Falcons game. I’m assuming that’s because of Mariota. Is it common to see coverage customized to certain players like that?

I remember the poor people of Oklahoma were subjected to Browns games because of Baker Mayfield. On the other hand, Lubbock and Tyler, Texas usually get Chiefs games more often than not because of Mahomes's connections to those place. Yeah, it's a thing.

New Mexico got a lot of Bears games because of Urlacher. Same with Columbus GA, the Panthers, and Cam Newton. Cheyenne picks up Bills games for Josh Allen.

No case is stranger, however, than the North Dakota radio station that carried Angels games because of Darin Erstad.

Yeah...we got Jets games on Milwaukee's CBS station during Favre's year with them.  Somewhat tough to tell if non-Pack games get chosen by our Fox and CBS affiliates due to local boy factors, but IIRC we did get more than average amount of Texans games when JJ Watt was there.

On an unrelated note...Dak looked very good today, Bears shot themselves in the foot, and holy crap what a throw by PJ Walker 🤯

Preliminary Facepalm Moment of the Week: Justin Fields jumping over Micah Parsons after the fumble that basically ended the game... granted, the Cowboys were carving up the Bears defense to the extent they might as well have stayed in Chicago, but yeah, Fields, this ain't college, he can (and did) get up and make a run for it.
