If Mike Florio is reporting anything that isn't collaborated by actual NFL journalists/reporters, it isn't happening. End of story. ProFootballTalk is nothing more than an opinion blog site.

Mike Florio is a Steelers fan at his core* which means he's both a moron and a bad person. He fabricates :censored: with zero evidence and then does this "I'm just sayin..." bullshrt. Like the time he speculated based on nothing that Joe Burrow would try to pull an Eli Manning and force the Bengals not to draft him. Then when everyone rightfully called him a stupid a$$hole for that he went "hold on I only said he could try that. It's an option for him." Dude's a Darren Rovell tier grade-a weenie and also sucks.

*He even waved his terrible Towel on NBC when the Bengals and Steelers played on SNF earlier this season.

I understand that being unbiased is ultimately impossible but at least maintaining the illusion that someone is fair isn’t. Hell, it isn’t even that hard but this hack fails at it.

EDIT: And Mahomes just went into the tunnel. Hoping it isn’t severe.

I give old players and coaches a pass for semi- rooting for their old teams on those shows, but just a guy who's just a fan? Nah it's really fu***ng not cool. He's the only person I've seen on that show who's ever done anything like that that I can remember.

We may not have an AFC title game in Georgia.

Chad Henne did it before. He can do it again.

At the end of the day, it's the Jaguars, with all of their positives and negatives.

Roughing the passer? Oh come on.

EDIT: Followed immediately by a big run.

The Chiefs don't need the help from soft calls, so maybe don't give em to them.

That was was so pathetic too. The Jags defender didn't follow through and even pulled himself back. Yeah, he still hit Henne, but momentum and physics will do that.

And Torico and Collinsworth didn't even say anything. Just, yep, gotta give the Chiefs an extra 15 yards because that's where we are in the NFL right now.

Also, plays like that are why "play better" don't work, and how little, terrible calls can swing entire games. Yeah, KC converted the 1st on that play, but maybe the Jags stop the Chiefs on the next set of downs? Maybe the Chiefs go up 13-7 there instead of 17-7. Maybe the Jags decide to risk it on fourth and go for the 1st instead of taking the points?

You can "what if" yourself to death, of course, but that's the result of bad calls. It opens up a completely different branch of possibility, and also means the road defense doesn't play with as much aggression.

NFL is really going to show how much they care about "player safety" by letting Mahomes come out in the 2nd half on a busted ankle.

This ☝️ is even worse than people crying about Mike White's rib injury, basically wanting it to fall under league concussion protocol where players aren't allowed back in for a common injury. Hmu when playing on a sprained ankle is life-threatening.

Wellp...one half to go. Im trying my best to remain as objective as possible, but yeah, those "soft" penalties in the first half, so...anyway, no one should be surprised at KC getting "soft" calls. Also,  all that what @DG_ThenNowForever said a few posts up.

That said, Jacksonville missed some opportunities in that half—Christian Kirk specifically, who's had a habit of ill-timed drops all season. That and it seems like soon as Mahomes got hurt, the Jags dialed down the rush some. Can't be doing that with these stakes on the line.

One more half to go...

And that's what I mean. Let the players play; why is Chad Henne get 15-yard gifts?

It's the playoffs; every yard matters.

Time out...have I been listening to Jac Collinsworth this whole game? I could've sworn I was hearing Cris. Lord that boy sound just like his daddy...
