not sure of the source but these are almost definitely real

logo looks way better than i would have expected with the added eye (thank god no orange circle), and the other cleanups they did look fine to me.

i've absolutely loved the orange pants on the away since they introduced them with the RR 2.0, but not entirely sold on the all orange home look, then again I also grew to love the sharks all teal

As a Browns fans I'm a sucker for white jerseys and orange pants #ClEvEjAcKeD. I've been waiting for an NHL to do the same and I love it!

I don't think this will be as overwhelmingly bright as people think. But I do think black pants at home would look better.

Not sure how I feel, obviously need to see a clearer view. Upgrade by default IMO, but I don't think I can get behind the all orange. I also feel like they chased what the Sharks did going with the all teal.

Honestly, the only negative things I have to say about it are somewhat-minor nitpicks that I'll hold off on until we see them "for real". Overall, though, I don't mind 'em - especially when the look they're leaving behind sets the bar so low you could roll over it.

If this photo is real (and it probably is); I have some minor nitpicks but I like what I'm seeing. As much as a return to eggplum and jade might be preferable, the orange scheme has grown on me so I don't mind them sticking with it.

Stripes looking like a mix of the orange thirds and Reverse Retro 2, right down to the gold touching the orange hem on the white jersey; but I didn't like this on either the RR 2 or the Stadium Series design. Hard to tell if they've changed it to metallic gold instead of the dull beige they've been using, but here's hoping. I like the orange yoke on the whites but also thinking this paired with the orange pants might clash too much with other orange teams like the Flyers and Oilers, or even the red teams. Despite all this they're a massive improvement over the garish swooshy side panelly Edge mess and that alone is a welcome change.

I would have been content with a simple return to the classic duck mask but also am all for this evolution of the brand. I like the orange eye, and the redesigned sticks remind me a bit of those rejected 2006 designs but in a good way. At the moment I feel like either the triangle is a tad too small or the circle too big - but I can live with that. Mostly just happy they finally have the correct logo back at long last and am starting to feel my largely OCD-related frustrations melt away.

For what it's worth, I don't dislike the webbed D. As much as I can't forgive Burke's influence on the '06 rebrand I can appreciate the thought that went into that logo design and the general vibe it gives in certain applications - but it's a solid alternate logo at best. In a way I'm glad they're not completely getting rid of it. Will be interesting to see how the new version ends up looking.

WAY too much orange on that road set. Otherwise, pretty good. I’m interested to see if there are any new alt logos that’ll kinda tie the Disney era with the Webbed D Foot logo era a bit more seamlessly.

If the Ducks continue to suck as bad as they have the last few years, the all orange is gonna get old about as quickly as the Sharks all teal did.

Also having the orange yoke is not going to help people making Flyers comparisons on that road jersey.

Absolutely LOVE the all-orange!!🤩🧡🧡😍 Especially the orange helmets. No copying the Flyers. Great to see the Ducks taking a page out of the Sharks' all-teal uniforms. This makes up for not using the plum purple/eggplant & jade. Love the orange in the Duck eyes.

Bottom line is these uniforms are old-school. Colourful but clean and simple. Can't wait to see them in action.

Yeah, bad place to be an immobile defenseman.

The Mighty Ducks had a cool color palette but kind of a dopey logo. The grown-up Anaheim Ducks had decent logos but a crappy color palette. What we've done here is combine the inferior sides of both eras.

I like the trend of the Sharks with teal helmets and Hurricanes wearing red helmets with the white jerseys - brightens up the league a little bit. And in the case of the Ducks, keeps them from looking like the Flyers from a distance. It's a nice change up if still imperfect (although the revamped mask logo is killing it for them).

So are you advocating for a webbed D jersey in eggplant and jade? Not dogging the idea. I would love to see it actually. But that is definitely an out of the box idea.

No, I don't know that that would necessarily work. For one thing, the webbed D would have to be in orange or the yellow the Mighty Ducks used sparingly in order to read as a duck foot, but that could throw off the color balance. But I do believe that they took the worst of both worlds for this one.

I think at this point they needed a full rebrand rather than regurgitating the past.

Orange pants on away looks great, but on home not really and they should change them to black. Also I liked all black collar with fake laces from previous alternate better for home sweater. Overall is an upgrade. Can't wait to see if they decide to add matching black sweater (with orange pants).

And the thing with the nostalgia is that it's pretty much nostalgia for the PR of the club and not the actual club.  The won the cup in Samueli 1.0 and the Giguere Super Saiyan run derailed by Concussed Kariya ditched the eggplant/jade sweaters  for the black/eggplant "Anaheim" alts.  All the yearning is really just for Disney products and not for the actual era in club history.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wouldn't that be the first orange helmet in NHL history?

Mighty Ducks of Anaheim (CHL - 2018 Orr Cup Champions) Chicago Rivermen (UBA/WBL - 2014, 2015, 2017 Intercontinental Cup Champions)

King's Own Hexham FC (BIP - 2022 Saint's Cup Champions) Portland Explorers (EFL - Elite Bowl XIX Champions) Real San Diego (UPL) Red Bull Seattle (ULL - 2018, 2019, 2020 Gait Cup Champions) Vancouver Huskies (CL)

I still think the eye doesn't make any sense, but it doesn't look terrible either. They'll need some marketing speak that a duck/person is wearing the mask now to save that. And I probably would have went with black pants (they probably did orange to try to differentiate from the Flyers), but otherwise these are fantastic and a very nice update since we're not getting eggplant and jade back.

Love that the duck mask is finally back full time.
