Cartabago
Snowed today here outside Lynchburg, VA, after a week of 70-80 degree weather.
bosox
If I remember correctly, I think Long Island had a decent amount of snow this time last year. Screwed the vacation up by cancelling school (For every snow day, they take one day away from a certain vacation). This seems to be a more normal spring though...other than the 80 degree weather last week. Wow, we in NJ have 4 days extra put into the schedule just in case of snow. Yea, average spring week here. I know 2 years ago the Yankees Home Opener got snowed out. They build in 4 snow days per year on the calendar and if they go over they take from Memorial Day. At least that's the way it was when I was in HS there, it snowed a lot during my senior year. Now I live where I have to go to Tahoe to see snow and I don't have to shovel it.

Puckguy14
It's been snowing here in Mount Pleasant as well. I have a friend who used to live there. She loved it.Snowed out, eh? That would be sweet! A snowy baseball game! The players would intentionally dive for baseballs. Wasn't the Blue Jays debut in 1977 delayed by snow? Not to rub it in, but, it was 65 degrees out her for today's Giants-Brewers game, after the first pitch temp was 52 and clouds looking omnious. Weird weather all over the place. We RARELY have thunder and lightning out here and Saturday was filled with it.
