I guess you can't really blame the minor league teams though. I think NHL teams with older logos look bad, but they'll never change them since they are "classic". But hockey also gave us the Calgary Hitmen and the Odessa Jackalopes. The Hitmen logo is great, and I like the Jackalopes' logo, though it could use some recoloring (maybe just substituting orange for red). If you look closely at the basketball in the primary logo, you can see that the lines on the ball are completely skewed. They don't replicate the pattern on a round basketball at all. In fact, if you removed the "Clippers" text, and tried to connect the lines, they wouldn't line up properly- and I think there would even be an extra line in there that didn't connect at all.Bizarre.
