ColeJ
i remember it very well myself i love both of the hatcher brothers, so it was bittersweet to lose kevin. but there's no question zubov was HUGE for this team, and one of my all-time favorites. I used to love those old Suns uniforms (but now see how dated they look - they could be updated and look amazing though) and was confused when I watch them play in the pre season despite the new jersey "leaked" in an Eastbay (or similar) catalog. BBTV
Since we brought up Charles Barkley, here's one that I'm sure was posted but I'll post again.CB in the wrong uniform (I associate him with the late '80s blue block letter set) and wrong number (he selfishly took Billy Cunningham's #32 to "honor" Magic Johnson who got HIV because he was dumb.)When these were unveiled he said that it looked like his little daughter got her hands on a box of crayons and went nuts and that he hated them. knnhrvy16
Speaking of Barkley (and Drexler)You know what's funny, Barkley has never looked that strange to me in a Rockets uniform. I was much too young to really pay any attention to basketball when he was in Phoenix, so Houston was the first team I really associated him with. Now, retrospectually? Phoenix is his "right" uniform, but I still think of Houston right with Phoenix when thinking of Barkley. Quote The opinions I express are mine, and mine only.
