themightyspitz
Succubus-legend, a succubus (plural succubi) or succuba (plural succubae) is a demon who takes the form of a beautiful woman to seduce men (especially monks)[citation needed] in dreams to have sexual intercourse. They draw energy from the men to sustain themselves, often until the point of exhaustion or death of the victim. From mythology and fantasy, Lilith and the Lilin (Jewish) and Lilitu (Sumerian) are, in redactive Christian fables (folktales not part of official Christian theology), considered succubi.According to the Malleus Maleficarum, or "Witches' Hammer", published against the recommendation of the Catholic Church in 1487 and officially banned in 1490, succubi would collect semen from the men they slept with, which incubi would then use to impregnate women thus explaining how demons could apparently sire children in spite of the traditional belief that demons were incapable of reproduction through generative or gestative means. Children so begotten were supposed to be more susceptible to the influence of demons. From the 16th century, the carving of a succubus on the outside of an inn indicated that the establishment also operated as a brothel.Sorry I had to do it Hang on....lemme see if I have tree-fiddy... OB33
As disappointed as I am about the game today, at least it sets up the possibility for a Patriots-Packers tilt which would be chock-full of crazy storylines and goodness. #CHOMPCHOMPCHOMP
Coast2CoastAM2006
because i knew they would lose their ass, i actually didn't even turn on the game. i called this when we did the brackets, i just expected TB and not the Giants. winter collapse. truthfully this loss doesn't bother me, in facts its liberating. I can move on to something else and not worry if we will win/lose/punt/pass or score. lets see whats left to watch:Isles? i'll leave this one alone. blood pressure way too high as it is.Blue Jackets? since i have no real way of seeing blue jacket games, i'll for go this one too. but i can see the box scores in the paper.wwe? thats kinda fun, i'm always up for a pre-written wrestling match. about as legit as a patriots game anyway.the apprentice? been kinda watching that recently, haven't seen it before so i might keep up with it.sorry i'm kinda filibustering my own post. CZzyzx41
I wouldn't call it a "fair share." Nobody likes bandwagon fans. But they are NOT representative of true Boston/Pats fans with their jerkiness, and you're acting like it is.Patriots = Yankees...their fans are no different. There I said it. Deal with it, argue it all you want but deep down you know it's the truth. You hate it but you know I'm not wrong. Sunday will be 11/4/01. Sunday will be 10/25/03. The world will be shocked and you will all wake up on 1/21/08 knowing I was right.Man I can't wait for baseball season..... Dodgers are gonna whoop the NL West this year. For the benefit of caring for thy fellow men and all, please just put all your emotions into the Angels this year. PLEASE. I'm a Padres fan and I'm well aware the Diamondbacks are going to wipe the floor with the NL West this year. There's a reason you have to play the season but I can't see any of the other teams being nearly the team Arizona is. -DanielCheck Out My Podcast! Jane
As disappointed as I am about the game today, at least it sets up the possibility for a Patriots-Packers tilt which would be chock-full of crazy storylines and goodness unrelenting slobbering and groveling by the media over the two teams by ESPN et al.Fixed that for you. [Croatia National Team Manager Slavan] Bilic then went on to explain how Croatia's success can partially be put down to his progressive man-management techniques. "Sometimes I lie in the bed with my players. I go to the room of Vedran Corluka and Luka Modric when I see they have a problem and I lie in bed with them and we talk for 10 minutes." Maybe Capello could try getting through to his players this way too? Although how far he'd get with Joe Cole jumping up and down on the mattress and Rooney demanding to be read his favourite page from The Very Hungry Caterpillar is open to question. --The Guardian's Fiver, 08 September 2008 Attention: In order to obtain maximum enjoyment from your stay at the CCSLC, the reader is advised that the above post may contain large amounts of sarcasm, dry humour, or statements which should not be taken in any true sort of seriousness. FiddySicks
So how long untill Tony Romo is fumbling sandwitches working the drive through window at Carls Jr instead of footballs in the NFL? I've never been a bit impressed with him and this just seals that envelope even more. On 11/19/2012 at 7:23 PM, oldschoolvikings said: She’s still half convinced “Chris Creamer” is a porn site.) KennyRock
Absolutely, TO had zero catches, Crayton had one. I just mention the final drive because of the pressure on Romo throughout and the pick on 4th down. Of course, the intentional grounding penalty was killer(not for the loss of yardage but the loss of down). How big was that drop by Crayton early in the second half? There was nothing but turf between him and the endzone.Oh absolutely, it's a different game entirely then. In general, Romo's receivers did him no favors. He wasn't great, but there were quite a few dropped balls in the second half, Crayton's being the worst. I've been through the same thing. What always astounds me is the first 2 plays of a given series, my receivers would drop short passes when they're wide open. And then? On third down? They'd of course catch a 43 yard pass with while under triple coverage.During the Pack-Hawks game, actually, my friend and I were saying it reminded us of a Madden game. Especially that ridiculous completion Favre made after being tripped and nearly tackled. habsfan1
I just saw the results on sportsnet connected. I was shocked because I thought the Cowboys were 15-1 and not 13-3.
