Perhaps he has finally turned the corner.Discouraging: Brad Lidge, just getting work in, gave up a 3-run homer in the 9th. 5 HRs allowed in 2009, after he only allowed 2 all of 2008.Phillies are in first and aren't even firing on all cylinders, especially pitching-wise. Had him sitting on my fantasy DL as well.And yeah, not to mention he went deep on the first pitch he saw. CC hurled a complete game shutout. The Yanks are lookin' up. I've never seen a non-opening night crowd that electric since 1993. They were ripping into Burnett, A-Rod and Melky Cabrera (who was taunting the crowd) all night.And oh yeah, it's May 12th and the Toronto Blue Jays own the best record in the MLB. Wow.
