Randall "not a fan of sausages" Simon is on the Netherlands. They are up 1-0 in the 4th on Puerto Rico.Meanwhile Italy up 3-0 on Canada in the 3rd. That game is not on TV here in the states.I believe it's on MLB Network. EDIT: Guess not.its on espn deportes. The 19 year old Netherlands pitcher stayed in the game after striking out Pudge to end the 6th. With 1 out and 1 on Cora is hit by a pitch to make it 1st and 2nd. The Next batter grounds one up the middle that is a sure DP ball but it deflects off the pitcher and everybody is safe. Now it's bases loaded with 1 out. The pitcher then throws a wild pitch that the runner on third could have easily scored on but he never ran home. Then then the PR batter popped out. Then the pitcher got Beltran to ground to first to get out of it. Still 1-0 Netherlands top of the 8th. The Reds have a good prospect in this kid Sulbaran. Still in the 8th 1 out (whcih was gift wraped by Pudge trying to bunt).EDIT: Puerto Rico gets another run. 3-1 going into the top of the 9th. Such a boring game...not atmosphere whatsoever. It should be like that for the next 2 games as well.
