I had a feeling that if the 'Skins were going to debut (athletic) gold pants, they'd go with a regular traditional triple-stripe. Was it too hard to stick with the double-stripe akin to what's on their regular white and burgundy pants? Just curious is all.

That said, on the whole, should be a great look for the 'Skins once they trot out onto the field. Lots of people have been clamoring for it (myself included) for a long time.

I'm pretty sure the gold pants are from their throwback set. I bet they just had these lying around already.

I hate the deadskins and cowgirls so much, I don't enjoy what I'm looking at no matter what.

But for the skins, this look isn't that bad. I prefer the all red, those are awesome. But the gold pants aren't bad in addition.

Better than them always wearing white at home like they have been doing lately.

my girl and i saw this today watching the game.....look at the 7 on the front, it has the lil tabs at the bottom and then u look at the 7 on the arm and it just goes straight down with no lil tabs on the side, we also say this on Jackson's jersey with the #1 on his #10.

I have to go back and check but if thats how they had the numbers back in 1960 i have to give the Eagles props for sticking to detail on the throwbacks, if not, i have to say its just lazy

I love the yellow pants on the Redskins...so old school. I think they need to keep them around awhile!

nothing on the Redskins uniform really "matches up"...but if we go back and look at the definition of uniform, which basically states an outfit worn by mult people...bladdy bladdy blah...

It's a damn good looking uniform. I LOVE it. uniformity within each uniform element isnt always the answer.
