DaytonBlue
Just burnt a freebie Blues hat. Also removed Blues license plate frame. cmm
Wow, things were looking up about an hour or so ago. Fehr's press conference made it sound like they agreed on the money issue and that the players were willing to compromise on the other areas (8 year CBA vs 10, max 8 year contracts vs 5). I've been optimistic all along that they'd have a season. Not anymore.

Still MIGHTY
Remember the optimism? the podium? the media pizza party? It's all gone. This is over.Make whole is off the table, all advancements this week are off the table, owners are "beisde themselves" on the players reaction to the owner's "concessions", limits on guaranteed contract lengths are the "hill [the owners] will die on". And the reaction from both sides was just so painfully and life-suckingly predicatable, but... ughWhere the hell else do they go from here? Decertification? Not sure I'd ever need the NHL to come back.

If it could not work in half the cities now, how can it work in the future in those veues on a lesser scale? Still MIGHTY
Adrian Dater of the Denver Post just said on twitter that one "NHL depth player" (not on the Avs) he talked to said players were ready to play again, but Donald Fehr came in on Wednesday and told them that they could get more and to hold out.If that's really true, then... well... it all | ANA | LAA | LAR | LAL | ASU | CSULB | USMNT | USWNT | LAFC | OCSC | MAN UTD |
