They kept the piping on the shoulders and the custom font. They're wearing them with the beer man caps and the regular batting helmets, which kinda bugs me, but the helmets, although mismatched, look great with the jerseys.EDIT: BTW, I checked their team shop to see if they had the jerseys for sale. They did for $250(!) for a blank jersey, and they were cool base jerseys. What a huge rip off. The ticket for August 31st, and only the ticket for the 31st, is full on throwback. So I guess this confirms that the D Backs will be wearing the throwbacks at home only once this season on the 31st of August vs the Giants. I'm assuming the Giants will wear their road SF alts again too, which makes no sense since those uniforms never matched up against one another. It might make more sense (at least visually) if it was "weBack".The whole slogan is supposed to be Iback, YOUback, WEback, the D Backs. It's f*****g awful. There's no defending it. It's terrible. But most of these season long slogans are awful. They're the brainchild of college interns working their first serious job. In 2011 the Giants slogan was Together We're Giant, which isn't awful, but not great either. This season it's Together+Again (they have another one which is simply, "Let's do it again!"), which is terrible.
