Sleeves and collars are necessary. Seam tape, not so much... We do know nike does love to call out their gimmicks features in contrasting colors.Random question, why dont soccer jerseys anf backetball, a basically every other sport does not need flywire anywhere except the football jerseys that need it on the gigantic collarsFootball uniforms have it so that not as much material is needed (weight savings) but it still keeps the shoulder pads from popping out. I'm usually a medium shirt but had to go with a large for length, meaning I was issued with a pair of massive XL shorts that wouldn't have looked out of place on Stan Matthews. But if you order the full kit uniforms you'll end up with a shirt that fits the way you like and tight shorts or shorts that fit well and a baggy shirt. I didnt get to watch the match, so I dont know if he lost it during the action or if it was never there in the first place.Hopefully we won't have any uniform malfunctions in tonight's game. I think it looks really nice and is just one of those little added details that brings the full design together with the slim black collar and the new striping on the socks.
