Using the dreadflul, new UConn helmet as a starting point, you could have used KISS make up (from the Rock and Roll Over album) in the triangle on the front of the helmet. (A KISS concert is included for all season ticket holders. So there's that.)Colt Brennan (jeez, remember him? Wow. NCAA record setter at Hawaii, short stint with the Redskins, and now, the LA KISS... nice.) is going to be the team's quarterback. Went to high school and community college down here, so it makes sense. (Hell, I interviewed him at a couple Saddleback College games that he went to, so I guess he just lives here now.)And I mentioned the merchandise racks at the Ducks store, they had some t-shirts there and what looked like shirsey's with Paul Stanley's and Gene Simmons' name on them, but I thought they just had to be mock-ups or something. (Hell, I interviewed him at a couple Saddleback College games that he went to, so I guess he just lives here now.)Actually Brennan owns a place on the North Shore of Oahu, he was signed by the KISS just a few months ago and while yes its LA KISS and horrible arena football I'm glad after everything he's been through he's getting a chance to play some sort of football again.I miss the type of QB he was at Hawai'i (something the Warriors really need these days ) I miss the system they played with in Hawai'i and it's really hard to be a Warrior fan now a days. The June Jones era was the greatest era of football Hawai'i might ever had.He had the 2 seasons (both on IR) for the Redskins and then cut, signed to the Oakland Raiders for like a week and then cut, joined the Saskatchewan Rough Riders but then cut before the season started. Brennan then was in a traumatic car accident and nearly died (a lady actually died in the accident and his gf was put into a coma for awhile as well). Then was silent for awhile and started to finally get back into shape and helped coach the younger teams for Kahuku HS and then was offered the contract to the KISS so i'm happy for the guy, I wished him the best after Hawai'i as I was a HUGE fan of his at UH and followed his career through all of that, so happy to see him get a chance to play football again after everything. I'm sad its for the LA KISS but oh well i'm sure he'll take it at this point.Honestly if he was given and chance in Washington to be the backup behind Campbell I think he would've become a much better QB but really Jim Zorn really f-ed with his progression as a QB and then the injuries started to happen. These past few years, you'd have to go out of your way to see an AFL game -- what were they on, CBSSN?? And knowing what ESPN has done with AFL games in the past (only selected large-market teams for nationally-televised games: NY, PHI, CHI, DAL...), the KISS are bound to be on more than once or twice. Arenabowl will be somewhere on ESPN's broadcasts, probably ESPN2.
