That wouldn't be a terrible look had the pattern been confined to the shoulders, but they went overboard in applying it to the helmets and numbers too, which combined with the unnecessary gradient facemask brings this uniform to clownsuit status. It works for a 3rd only though, not if it were to be a primary-The gradient on the shoulders is unnecessary. It feels like an extra element just to have it there (much like the 'rider's facemask)-The logo on the gloves is cool. I've always liked that idea.-This feels more like a hockey jersey with the logo on the front. -The Reebok word mark on the back of the socks (look at the 3rd pic here) just sticks out like a sore thumb to me.***Edit found a video too. I like the Argos' new jersey better than what the Roughriders unveiled, though that isn't saying much. The idea of a letter 'A' on the front is definitely something you don't see everyday on a football jersey. The white Argonauts helmet is quite nice. Also, I have a question, do these Signature Jerseys replace both Toronto's and the Riders' Throwback alternates? Will they still wear them for at least a game? Saskatchewan in my opinion has to at least wear the white throwback for a game this year. How can you not like the Riders' home and road throwbacks.
