Worked for Belichek, Vermeil, Carroll, Levy, Gruden and others. Maybe Kelly will learn from his mistakes. If they can find a way to shore up that defense, the Bucs could be a ton of fun to watch for the next few seasons. This is easily the best coaching move they've made since Gruden.
