I also remember seeing a Cowboy jersey like that with Emmit's number on it at a sporting goods store in Greensboro, NC

Same here. At least go to a fauxback of the Super Bowl uniform for Color Rush or an alternate instead of what they have now.

I do recall some sort of royal blue fashion jersey which mimicked the 90s road jersey. Can’t seem to find a pic of it. Hard to see them getting rid of either color at this point. They might as well embrace both royal and navy blue like the Mavericks.

Good just wish they’d wear the right combo, pewter pants with the red socks is a slam dunk.

When the pewter pants have a dull finish like they do now, they just look brown.

That’s funny cause I always thought the old pants looked brown. In the right light that is.

The old pants...I went several years without knowing what the color was called. I knew it wasn't quite gold, and wasn't silver either. It just looked like some random metallic color to me.
Magic Dynasty 2,405 Posted January 13, 2019 To me, the current pewter looks grey, but the old one looked metallic brown (I called it bronze for a long time).

The best comparison between the Bucs current uniforms and basketball would be more like this...

FiddySicks 11,204 Posted January 14, 2019 So if the Rams make the Super Bowl this year are they wearing the royal and gold throwbacks, or did the Pats choosing to wear white last year screw that up?

Can't imagine the NFL would like us to witness the FrankenRams on the big stage... They'll find a way to sneak the throwbacks in like they did this season.

The NFC team is the home team this year. They are the team that gets to choose to wear light or dark. Last year has nothing to do with this year.
AndrewMLind 2,419 Posted January 14, 2019 LA’s throwback *is* their designated home uniform this year. There is no other choice if the Rams want to wear a dark-colored uniform in the Super Bowl.

I figured they would probably get to wear the home set, but I wasn’t sure if the Pats just chose white jerseys last year or if they had the option to choose to be the defacto “road” team and took it.
