2022 NFL regular season through Super Bowl LVII

It’s a little late, but that had to be one of the most impressive Cowboys wins I’ve ever witnessed. All-around. Offense was unstoppable and defense played like the league’s best. I’ve never seen the Cowboys dominate another contender like that in my lifetime. 
 

Maybe they needed that utter embarrassment last week to humble themselves. The Cowboys, objectively speaking, have a real opportunity to be 11-3 by Christmas Eve.

So Kentucky QB Will Levis......someone is going to regret drafting him with their first round pick aren't they?  He did nothing to impress me against Georgia.

I really hate to say this because I feel the same way about that team that most non Cowboys fans do, but if they play that way the rest of the season they’re going to win the Super Bowl. That was damn impressive, and even my hater ass can recognize that. They look like they’re starting to come together at the right time and are legit scary. My only solace is that they still have Mike McCarthy as their head coach.

Patriots vs. Vikings on Thanksgiving is going to be very interesting now. A game between 2 teams that put up a combined total of 6 points on offense.

 

The NFC really is a mess. Eagles were lucky as hell not to lose to Jeff Saturday, Vikings got blown the hell out. Not a single team really stands out. 

 

The AFC is basically the Chiefs, Bills, & Dolphins. Everyone else is just there for chaos. 

I wouldn’t be surprised if the NFC East somehow manages to get all 4 teams in the playoffs.

 

Philly and Dallas are locks, Giants are slipping a little, but likely not enough to get knocked out, and Washington is hot right now going 5-1 in the last six games, one game out of the 7th Seed (49ers).

 

It’s doable. The question is, “Will it happen?”

Beating the Steelers, who are, indisputably, the worst people alive, is always a great time. I will never tire of it. 

 

That field was absolute trash and the NFLPA should not allow their members to play on it.

Part of it depends on Washington's remaining schedule and now many more division games they have.  More specifically, now many more against NYG?  They could hurt each other's chances of making it.

Washington plays NY twice (before and after their WK14 bye) and then Dallas at home. I'd say they split the series with New York, which is probably going to hurt both teams' chances in the long run.

Draft analysts saying he's going to be a high pick befuddles everyone that's ever watched the kid play.  I guess it's one of those things where he has the measurables, he's fairly athletic, and has a big arm so they figure they can teach the rest but I don't know.

There are some who think that once the Packers are officially eliminated from the Post Season, that they should start Jordan Love, which isn't going to happen.  AR12 will remain the starter even if the Packers are eliminated from the playoffs.

I know right?? And and of how many other college QBs has this been said, only for them to amount of a whole lot of jack? (Brady Quinn, anyone?)

 

Which makes the fact that we have guys who people ain't never heard of, like Mike White, Trace McSorley, PJ Walker and up until last year Tyler Huntley making starts in the NFL that much funnier. Did any of them have the "measurables", too? I don't know, but I know somehow they got in the league with no one hearing about 'em—or their measurables

I need to see it in the playoffs to believe it. I'm cautiously optimistic because the Cowboys haven't had a combination of defense/offense like this in years (probably in my lifetime), but until they stop wetting the bed in the playoffs I just can't outright claim they'll do anything significant.
