Now here is someone I have never heard of. But apparently he was on the 2014 team that won Super Bowl XLIX.

I only know him because he started for the WFT vs the Eagles last season in a weird Tuesday Night Covid game.   I think it was the only game he played in all of last season.  He's not good.

2019 AAF Orlando Apollos QB Garrett Gilbert would like a word

Is it though?

I don't know if it's mediocre, but it's wide open. No true dominant team, or clear front-runners. Just a bunch of teams in the mix. Kind of like last season now that I'm thinking about it. Whereas in the AFC it's clearly the Bills and the Chiefs, then everyone else.

It's also way too early to say. This time last year, the best team in the league was Arizona. Two of the four teams who made the conference championship game were in last place in their division and only one of those 4 teams were leading their division in Week 5 (Cincy in a 3-way tie for 1st).

He'll always have that season he almost made the Super Bowl. The 2017 Jags certainly were an anomaly.

I honestly wouldn't have been upset if the Patriots lost that game, because I really wanted a Blake Bortles - Case Keenum Super Bowl.

Much like how we missed out on a Mark Sanchez - Jay Cutler Super Bowl.

I love how the Minnesota map frequently looks like it is giving the finger to the rest of the country.

Wow. The west coast is getting blocked out of the Bills/Steelers. Shameful.

Cole Beasley played one game with TB12 and then promptly retired.

I have a feeling the Bucs are in for a bad time this season...

EDIT: Sorry, two games.

Tom ruined his marriage for a Bucs team that is a wildcard exit at best. Wild.

What's everyone's favorite Blake Bortles moment? Mine's when he beat the Steelers in Pittsburgh in the 2017 playoffs and the Jaguars went to the AFC Championship game, which they should've won. Myles Jack wasn't down.

Honorable Mention is when he got COVID and the Broncos had to play a practice squad wide receiver at QB.

I’ve watched the Broncos three, maybe four times already this season and I’m starting not like football because of them.

They actually got worse by adding Russell Wilson.

Five games of offensive futility. The Denver defense will (and should) eventually give up on carrying the team.

I know it's because I'm on the west coast, but I feel like all I ever see is Russell Wilson and his terrible football team.

And I just watched two Broncos players intercept each other for a reception, after using the ref as a pick. That's new!

LOL. Took 4 games and Denver hates Russ more than Seattle ever did.

The Broncos suck. There was another concussion on the field. Al Michaels is slumming it for Bezos bucks. The Amazon camera crew have no idea what they're doing.

They should call this Turdsday Night Football. Because it's 💩.

The only thing worse than watching the Broncos on offense is watching the Colts on offense. I’m about to turn this off in favor of watching more Are You Afraid of the Dark reruns.
