As strange as it is to say, who in their right minds would leave the Clippers for the Blazers?

As strange as it is to say, who in their right minds would leave the Clippers for the Blazers?

Someone who isn't a fan of Donald Stern?

So, then pretty much everyone.

Edit: I read this as Donald Sterling. I still stand by my comments regarding Donald Stern, though.

Less Westbrook, more Durant.

So you see it too, now??

Yep. San Antonio went on that, I think, 9-0 run and the Thunder just couldn't, or didn't, get the ball to Durant. Durant's a killer, and he's money when the game is on the line, you have to get him the ball late.

As far as the East, Boston went on a 15-1 run to end the third quarter to start the fourth up by five. It's now Boston by six early with a minute gone.

Here's hoping Boston can close this one out.

I'll say this much, for those who like the fans to not be loud and to not be involved in the game, you would all love this Miami crowd. At halftime the atmosphere was likened to a tennis match.

edit: Great game thus far, by the way.

2008, 2010, 2012? Are the Celtics LeBron's kryptonite?

It appears that way. What a great game that was... back and forth in that entire fourth quarter. Celtics with a chance to close it out in Boston!

Both of these series started 2-0 in favor of the team I'm cheering against, and both have roared back to 3-2 the other way with a chance to close at home. I'm very impressed by the Celtics.

Awesome game.

LeBron might've been right when he said "Not 2, not 3, not 4, not 5, not 6, not 7..." -- How does ZERO rings sound? ^_^

And if Miami loses this series, Spoelstra is as good as gone. Any average joe could get a team as loaded as the Heat this far.

Spoelstra is definitely gone if they lose this series. Bosh is probably on his way out too. Heck, maybe they look to shed LeBron.

Whole thing gets retooled. If they're not winning now, it's not going to get any better once the salary restrictions really kick in.

More like the 4th quarter in the playoffs but your point remains. Lebron made a big drive to the basket late but other than that, it looked to me like he was standing around a lot...again. There was a certain poetry to LBJ missing that three only to have the Paul Pierce come down and drain one over..you guessed it, Lebron.

I gotta be honest, I actually feel a little bad for Lebron. You know if the Heat end up losing this series, fair or not, everyone is going to lay the blame on #6.

In all seriousness, no way the Heat win this next game. They're done. This is likely the last we'll ever see of the Heat's Big Three experiment. It has failed abysmally. And although all the blame will be heaped on LeBron, I actually give the lion's share of it to Spoelstra and Wade.

Weren't the Heat something like a *bunch of wins and one while Wade was out?

*Can't recall the exact number.

Yeah, but of the three, Miami won't move Wade. He was there before the Big 3, and he'll be there after. It was HIS team the other two came too, so I doubt he gets sold out.

They were 11-1 without Wade, I think. He's also, outside of a couple hot streaks, looked like absolute garbage this series.

Meanwhile, Spoelstra has run LeBron into the ground just as much as last year, leaving him completely gassed at the end of games (this is probably where people got the idea that LeBron was a lot more "clutch" in Cleveland than he is in Miami). His "offense" makes Vinny Del Negro's look like a work of genius. Time to go back to your old film assistant job, Spo, because you're not cut out to be a head coach in this league.

Spoelstra really has shown what a weak coach he is. I don't know if I'd say he's running LeBron into the ground, per se, but he really just seems overwhelmed trying to find some semblance of an offense for this Heat team. He doesn't know how to use what he has effectively.

I wouldn't be surprised if the Heat moved Wade. He's just not the same player that he was four or five years ago.

Smart is believing half of what you hear. Genius is knowing which half.
