It might be an unconventional, unpopular opinion but I think they might deserve a place on the regular jerseys, which should be the same shade of blue as the Bills, or at the very least something a heck of lot less navy. But nothing about these uniforms makes sense. They are ugly and without any sort of unified design aesthetic. I genuinely believe, without hyperbole, that these are among the worst uniforms ever to appear on an NHL rink. Everything else is awful. Not only does it look bad, but it doesn't look like a Sabres jersey to me. 40+ years with no yellow jersey ever... maybe that means your team just shouldn't have a yellow jersey.
