BlueSky
And if the Saints lose, the Panthers are tied atop the division. You were saying? Lee is limping off. That would be a big time issue for Dallas if he's out. Also, how the hell wasn't that a late hit against New Orleans on Harris?Definitely 1) never should have happened and 2) should have been penalized. I was stunned when the refs missed that. I'm a Saints fan but want the game called fairly and that was a huge miss.
Kramerica Industries
Flynn came into that game and did, essentially, nothing. He was rather solid the next week against the Patriots, and the value of that was blown up a bit because it was a SNF game. And, of course, the 480 yard/6 TD game against the Lions.Flynn made millions of dollars because he played two good games as a starting QB. Not bad money if you can find it.

Not bad money if you can find it.That's EXACTLY what's going to happen to Nick Foles I'd be optimistic to say the Redski s are going to win the NFC East. But, I honestly don't see it happening. We get SF and KC later in the year. 2 Giants games and we're probably going to blow 1. Then Dallas at home and Philly on the road. I believe they're probably looking at 7-9 right now. But I'd take the Eagles to win right now, Dallas will choke it away in December.

Lights Out
That game was hard to watch. Sigh...to be a Cowboys fan. Saw this stat on reddit, kinda interesting: Cowboys are 133-133 since 1997. 8-8 last two seasons. Are basically .500 against the Eagles over the last 10 years (10-9). They are the golden standard of football mediocrity. The Chargers have the Cowboys beat for mediocrity. San Diego's franchise win/loss record to date is 403-399-11 (not counting playoffs). That's about as mediocre as it gets. POTD: 2/4/12 3/4/

As a Wisconsin grad, I was hoping to see Scott Tolzien play well. Considering the circumstances, he was not horrible (though that end zone pick was pretty bad). It was weird kinda pulling for the Packers Disclaimer: If this comment is about an NBA uniform from 2017-2018 or later, do not constitute a lack of acknowledgement of the corporate logo to mean anything other than "the corporate logo is terrible and makes the uniform significantly worse." dbadefense1990
Division rules I can go along with. I prefer records dictating home field, not divisional rank. In-conference record, though, is legit. Not that I think you're complaining about that as much as just noting how that's why the game was in San Francisco and not New Orleans. Nah, having the division champs get a home game is fine with me. 3/8 of your schedule is against your division, which means that winning the division should be rewarded appropriately. It also means you control your destiny. Sweep your division games and you're going to have a hard time losing said division. "We'll show you!"The only year since 2002 where the Raiders didn't finish below .500, and they fire Tom Cable and proceed to suck weed to this day. Since 1991, their last Super Bowl, they've had only 2 division championships. While in that same span, the Cowboys have 8, the Eagles have 6 and the Giants have 5.BOOM! drdougfresh
I get it, the Lions haven't been the most competitive team over the years (and that's being generous). But Brandon Marshall just sounds a little butt hurt right now: http://espn.go.com/chicago/nfl/story/_/id/9962926/brandon-marshall-chicago-bears-calls-detroit-lions-play-borderline-illegalFor clarification: borderline illegal is legal.
