And you predicted the comeback of John Stockton shorts in the NBA too?

"Predicted"? No, I wouldn't go that far. That said, it doesn't shock me that Stockton's signature sartorial flourish gained a high enough profile to manage to impact modern players. After all, unlike the 3-game on-field history of the shorts worn by the Chicago White Sox in 1976, John Stockton donned his short-shorts game in and game out over the course of a 19-season NBA career.

Anyone else think that the Bucs might move up the uniform release date if they sign Tom Brady?

🤔

All I've been seeing on Twitter is an increased call to return to the creamsicles. If they drop the plain jane red-and-pewter sets right as that's in the news, they'll be looked at as even more disappointing.

It's weird that these guys can't even hold up jerseys or caps from their new teams unless they order them from Amazon with same-day delivery.

In the case of the Bucs, they'd have to overnight Fedex Brady the new jersey... but then not have anyone there to explain it.

If only they dropped their new unis sooner, they'd be making a ton of $ today.

Yup, but they will still make it assuming Brady signs. They might even sell some current 12 jerseys first!

It's where I sit.

How?  It's not like you can walk into Dick's or any other retail establishment to buy them.

Except they currently have a #12 on the roster, pretty sure Chris Godwin will be willing to take some of Tom's money for it though 😂

Maybe, but he's been wearing 12 for a long time. (Not quite as long as Tom though.) He may not want to give it up. 😅

I just saw that the Paul Lukas description that has a rendering is a concept from someone on a Bucs message board. I think it safe to say those will not be the exact uniforms and orange still has a chance to be included.

Interesting. Can you share where you saw this?
