Out of the places I've been to, Hershypark Arena was probably the neatest. It had such unique charm. An old time arena with one steep bowl of seating. It seems kind of crazy that was where Wilt scored his 100 point game.

MLB

-Oakland. Weird place, but I enjoyed it.

-San Francisco (Current): Beautiful

-Coors Field. Pretty nice

-Turner. Pretty nice.

-New Commisky. Sterile.

-Wrigley. Outstanding neighborhood. You gotta get there and part with the money.

-Camden. Nice. A bit overrated.

-Fenway. My favorite.

-Commerica. Too wide open.

-Metrodome. Yuck.

-Old Met in Minnesota. My memory is vague.

-Kaufman: Lovely outfield, sterile stands.

-Former Busch. Nicer than I figured that cookie cutter would be. Red seats helped.

-Yankee: Kind of a dump, but still very enjoyable

-Shea: Served its purpose

-Riverfront: Blah.

-Current Philly. Nice.

-Safeco. Nicer than I thought it would be.

-Milwaukee County Stadium. Man I miss that place. I loved it (partly sentimental, though)

-Miller: Kinda tacky but outstanding views from just about every seat. Well done.

NFL

-Metrodome. Blah. though better for football than baseball.

NBA

-Metrodome (1st wolves year). Blah.

-Target Center. Serviceable

-Bradley Center. A bit more sterile version of target center.

NHL

-Met Center. Great seating. Would have been unreal in this non-smoking area (the concourses were disgusting with smoke)

-Excel. Beautiful

-Current Chicago. Pretty nice.

-Savvis Center (St. L). OK

College Football

-Old Memorial (MN). Barely remember

-Metrodome. No college atmosphere

-Camp Randall (WI). Tremendous college atmosphere.

-Iowa. Very nice

-Northwestern. OK, but no excitement

-Illinois. OK

-Notre Dame. Very nice.

-Tennessesee. Lovely enclosed stadium

College Hoops

-Minnesota. Tremendous barn.

-Metrodome (NCAA Tourney). blah.

-Wisc Field house. Lots of character in the cage, but very poor amenities.

-Wisc Kohl Center. Nice amenities. A bit to big for college.

-Hartford Civic Center. Love the Whale banners

-Central CT State. High School Gym.

College hockey

-Old MN. Don't recall too well, but probably had character.

-Wisc Old. Off campus, no character, horrible seats.

-Wisc Kohl Center. Very nice for hockey. The expanded playing surface (vs. hoops) puts the action right under the second/third decks. Way better for hockey.

-New MN. Nice but they should have made it bigger for the demand.

-Yale Whale. Very nice. Lots of character.

-UMass. Nothing to write home about.

-Bradley Center (Milw).
