Viper
Number of Super Bowl appearances, last two seasons:Packers w/ Aaron Rodgers: 1Vikings w/ Brett Favre: 0I want the Jets to win because I think the Packers match up with them better, but how sweet would it be to see a Super Bowl with the two teams that got smart and jettisoned (no pun) St. Brett? For the Packers to win in two weeks without Brett would be karma giving him one last twist of the knife. For the Jets to be there too would be dumping a bunch of rock salt into the wound for good measure.
crashcarson15
Well, that's just Chicago playoff luck. Cubs playing football.Hey, at least you guys have a Super Bowl title to look back on.And 6 NBA Titles... and 4 Stanley Cups, including one last :censored:ing year. So no, Chicago fans don't have any room to complain.

Viper
Listening to the Packers' postgame radio show. They're reporting there's already a Bears fan backlash brewing against Cutler for his performance and sideline sulking. Broncos fans, I guess misery really does love company. FiddySicks
I think the Jets should've hung out with a rugby team before this game. TFoA
So we can't be upset that the Bears lost because the Bulls were good in the 90's?Exactly, that's ridiculous, and this is coming from a fan whose city has only won 1 championship, ever. Lights Out
So we can't be upset that the Bears lost because the Bulls were good in the 90's?It's fine to be upset at Cutler and the Bears, but don't whine about bad playoff luck when your city has had a Super Bowl win, another Super Bowl appearance, several Finals wins, a Stanley Cup, and a World Series win in recent memory. You don't win all that with bad playoff luck. POTD: 2/4/12 3/4/

CS85
I'm staying out of this. Chicago fans are so hated, and so poorly represented on radio that there's no point in trying to stand up for ourselves. I'm done in this thread. Update: TD fumble return for the Steelers, 24-0, and Sanchez goes off the field clutching his throwing arm. The Jets are crashing and burning spectacularly. knnhrvy16
Boy, the Steelers sure know how to pull games straight out of thier @$$es. That, or the Jets know how to lay down. If the Jets knew how to tackle, this game would still be scoreless. But the Steelers are catching EVERY dang break and look lucky as hell doing it. I don't know whether to call this Steelers' luck or Jets $&+%\!. Ugh, I'm not looking forward to enduring another Steelers Super Bowl appearance if this keeps up. The opinions I express are mine, and mine only. If I am to express them, it is not to say you or anyone else is wrong, and certainly not to say that I am right.
