Rockstar Matt
In one month, Brian Scalabrine will still have more rings than LeBron. The Heat needed a win tonight. It's over.Nah, I think the Mavs needed the win more tonight. If the Heat had won, then the series would have been over. I still say the Heat in 7. Although, if the Mavs don't win thursday, they'll have no chance. Cowboys - Lakers - LAFC - USMNT - LA Rams - LA Kings - NUFC

TFoA
This series has been afreakinmazing. That is all.Seriously, unless your hate of either team is blinding you, how can you not enjoy it? It's not 80s/90s in the least bit, but both teams are absolutely killing it on the floor, the games are dramatic, star power is through the roof, and the last 3 have come down to the last bucket. Amazing Finals so far.
JoseJames
Somebody can tell me WHERE IS LEBRON, did he arrive to Dallas? TWO GAMES!!! & he has done NOTHING in pro of the team!!!in Gm 2 lost I thought that could boost Dallas and sweep the Heat... but game 3 Miami´s actitude owned me (despite another Dallas comeback after Heat big lead), but now... again another comeback and a missing James cost to Heat a lose.I dont know, maybe winning by 8 in game one... and semi dominate that game was Poison to the Heat; after that they though they could control any situation and all team get overconfidence everytime they reach +8 pts lead, that combinate with the desperation of seeing the comeback, makes something like tonight's game. This could sound ridiculous but I think this series should be over, in a overall evaluation Heat is superior to Dallas (see game 1)... but Mavericks is playing with more heart, with more passion and taking all the things that Heat doesnt (and also, they are doing their part in Dfense)
pmoehrin
Can somebody tell me why NBA teams keep wanting to give Isiah Thomas a job? Well you've completely screwed up every front office job you've ever had and an entire league, but something tells me you would be perfect for our team.http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/news/story?id=6636897Probably not going to happen, and I'm already reading reports denying the Pistons interest in him, but his name shouldn't even be spoken in a head coaching search, or for any role above ball boy amongst NBA teams, and anyone that does bring his name up deserves to be fired on the spot. Cujo
Dallas has won two games but at no point in this series have I thought they were the best team on the floor.I completely agree with this statement. Give credit to Dallas for being able ot put together some late-game surges that've given them a pair of wins in this series -- but not once have the Mavs been able to dominate and control the Heat, not in any phase of any game up to this point. Who says, "You know, owning a basketball team is fun, but what I really need is for someone to ruin my franchise."As for this series, great to see the Mavs win last night. Maybe LeBron was spent from the last series, but he sure hasn't been earning his max contract this time around. Mavs need to hold serve again tomorrow because I don't know if they can take two in Miami.

The Miami guys all took less money so that Haslem could remain and not take an even better contract from DEN. Some Max guys are: Joe Johnson (ATL), Rashard Lewis (WAS), Andrei Kirilenko (UT), and Amare

Stranger things have happened, but I just can't see Dallas pulling it off two of the next three; especially when two of those games are in Miami. If they do, good for them. rainmaker17
I'll try not to be too much of a homer here, but I really think Dallas has as good of a chance at the title as Miami. On one hand, you have a freakishly fast and athletic team in the Heat. On the other, you have a resilient, more experienced bunch that seemingly can't be fazed in the Mavericks.I've watched every game, and with the exception of Game 1 and I don't see where Miami has established any dominance. Last second shots, huge momentum swings, blown big leads, mental "check outs," and so on.....I'm not refering to either team. I'm talking about both of them. So it puzzles me when I read the Heat "should've swept," "Dallas didn't win, Miami lost" and other nonsense. To turn that perspective on it's head, if Dirk ties it Game 3 who knows what happens. Game 5 could have been a coronation for the Mavs, it works both ways.As many have said this really is a series for the ages, and I've enjoyed every second of it. Win or lose.
