Sad situation for that poor kid from Tulane.

Makes ya wanna cry for him.

Guy is majoring in biology as well, so he's not just some dumb jock who was only admitted to play football. He's actually trying to do something with his educational opportunity.

Really hope he's ok but it doesn't look good.

So I assume Penn State's old kicker transferred.

Good news folks! Indiana is obliterating UMass!

Bad news folks! IU's QB broke his leg! So, umm...go home folks, there's nothing more to see the rest of the season.

*gunshot*

Pac-12 struggling a bit this week. Utah loses at Utah State. Cal & Colorado fighting it out with Southern Utah & Sacramento State.

Oregon State leading Wisconsin 3-0 in the 2nd quarter is a surprise though. Of course the bigger match ups take place tonight.

I think OSU is leading Wisconsin by 10. If the Beaver win this, the polls will go upside down.

Hey Rams80, looks like we got another shipment of fail. For the second straight year, Sacramento State took down a Pac-12 team that is Colorado. Sac State- 30 Colorado- 28

Unbelievable. Guess the Hornets are definitely getting some respectabilty now. I know Colorado sucks, but it's great to see them beat some PAC teams.

That win might just want to make me put them in the WAC (Heck, they could win the conference year one, if the conference survived).

So before I conduct an autopsy on the Hoosiers' season, I am putting it before the board. Do you consider UMass to be a Division I-A pelt or not?

Of course not. I would rather put Sacramento State or Eastern Washington than UMass in the FBS. At least they beat real FBS teams.

On a funnier note, Kansas is helpless before Rice's decided schematic advantage. Oh those nerds...

Picking a team to cover a 70.5 point spread is the dumbest thing a gambler could do.

You must not have seen the Oklahoma State game last weekend. They somehow covered the spread that was the biggest ever at that point.

And to the ASU fans here, what do you think of your team this year. I think it's going to be a pretty fairly matched game tomorrow night with a lot of it coming down to how healthy Nate Scheelhaase is. On the Illinois board most people are picking us to win and from what I've read most people on the ASU boards are picking ASU to win. Pretty much the same as last year when we came out on top by a field goal in a surprisingly low-scoring game. But there's been so much turnover on the Arizona State team that it doesn't seem like anyone really knows where they stand this year. It seems like Vegas is favoring the Illini since the line went from ASU -3 to Illinois -3 in a couple days throughout the week, but that really doesn't mean anything.

Honestly, nobody here on campus really knows what to expect tonight, but it's looking like it'll be our best game of the year. It's absolutely PACKED here today. I went to get my wristband this morning and waited almost an hour. There were people setting up tailgates as early as 9 am too.

On another note, Nevada just blew an 11 point lead with about 4 minutes left and lost to USF today. :censored:

You could kind of smell something was amiss with Wisconsin after last weeks game

+10, I stupidly pick Wis. to win that game in the CCSLC pick'em league (everyone else did too). Also, FSU may actually cover the spread if they keep scoring like Okie State against SSU.

For the first time, I am truly embarrassed to be a Colorado Buffaloes football fan. Melting down against rival Colorado State is one thing, but to lose to Division-2 Sacramento Poly Technical State AT HOME is total crap. I goddamn knew this was going to happen too! Coach Embree needs to go NOW. Bienemy needs follow him out the door. Ya know, just blow up the entire goddamn program, Penn State style. These guys absolutely SUCK.

This division is going to be fun to watch in a "my team might somehow get to Indy and get blown out" kind of way. Only for teams are eligible to win it (not that Penn State is going to) and if Wisconsin plays like this all year none of them are very good.
