The blown call didn't end up meaning much and Kaepernick had his chances to win the game and failed.The blown call on the punt was huge. Should've kept the ball with SF. Instead Seattle got it in great field position and scored.That, and the fact that just because a blown call didn't end up being detrimental, doesn't mean the blown call still wasn't a horrifyingly blown call. 98% of the time, the end result there is a TD or at least field position inside the 1 yard line. That's the kind of logic that explains why the NHL determines suspension length based on injuries sustained and the debilitating nature of it, and not the actual malicious (if any) intent behind the hit that caused it. That's not how things are supposed to work. A blown call becoming academic just means the referees got away with one. Kinda like the play clock BS in Dallas in Week 17. Add more fuel to that fire for next year See, I feel the exact opposite. I always kinda liked Sherman because he was a little mouthy and I found it funny. But when you come out and proclaim yourself to be the best? That's just uncalled for. I really hope the Broncos test Sherman in the Super Bowl and I hope he gets beat multiple times.
