seattlesonicsofsacramento
via Michigan Basketball's Facebook account:Introducing our new adidas Basketball uniform......honoring the 1989 National Champions. #GoBlue #teamadidasI wasn't ever much a fan of these shorts (too busy and the block M doesn't match the one on the jersey), but I'd say this is my favorite jersey in Michigan basketball history. Our iconic brand, the asymmetric numbers, and the National Championship association: hopefully it lifts our spirits this season "The pictures looked good on the computer," Will Brown explained
illwauk
Illinois is wearing Flyin' Illini throwbacks today!I don't care for the Illini, but these are some of my favorite college basketball uniforms of all time. SO glad they brought them back!

seattlesonicsofsacramento
Unfortunately it's just looking like we'll be wearing them against Minnesota on January 10th, but I agree that we should at least adopt that jersey full-time, and then maybe modernize the shorts to fit today's minimalism "The pictures looked good on the computer," Will Brown explained
Jvelleu
maryland wore new jerseys for their big10 debut. Downgrade IMO I dont really understand the point considering how similar they are to their normal away unis...
Clintau24
I like the new shorts, but they should've stuck with the old tops. "I believe in Auburn and love it!"
keynote
Maryland's new unisWe all knew that the Terps would roll out a few more designs before the end of the year. Maryland wore these red unis on the road last night against Michigan State:I don't mind the sublimated flag/crest on the shorts, but I don't love the new black and yellow stripe design on the side panels. MJWalker45
I actually prefer the side panels to the belt line design.
keynote
I actually prefer the side panels to the belt line design.Yes, that Under Armour waistband in the third pic does look unfinished. The flag belt doesn't bother me. I prefer the trim on the short hems and shoulders, as seen in the original '14-'15 design. But this is fine, too.But the side panels feels very retro, in comparison: it's fine on it's face, but it doesn't mesh with any of the other elements in MD's current brand identity -- at least that I've seen. It looks like a football helmet stripe that could've fit in with these unis from a while back:It's almost as if those side panels are a new UA template that will get handed down to other schools over time. nuordr
Those are much better than their current uniform, but I will say they are extremely close to the 1980 set:

Love the dunking cardinal...but couldn't adidas have done some research and realized the cardinal dunks towards the front on both sides? Plus, the collar on the tank is pretty terrible. If you call it a throwback, make it LOOK like the throwback. I know fabric technology has changed. You can do a better job on piping and striping. Go Blue!Anachronisms aside, when Adidas sticks to classic templates or retro'ed designs, I generally like the results -- especially because I hate virtually all of their recent attempts at modern uniform design. mstein
The Louisville uniforms are to pay homage to the 1980 and 1986 National Champions (worn against Duke, whom they beat in the 1986 title game). I would also expect Duke to wear the as yet unseen blue fauxbacks that we know are coming after the new year.
DC in Da House w/o a Doubt
I just gotta say I love Kansas' current uniforms. Miles and miles better than what they've worn the last few years. The waist stripe makes me absolutely giddy. I usually join in on Adidas bashing, but overall these uniforms are terrific. The only flaw, to me, is the little box with the logo they have on the back of the collar. Get rid of that and these uniforms are good to go for years and years. JPDesign
That waist stripe would make a perty sleeve/pants stripe for their football team.
