Maybe such a movie would find the answer. We've talked before about a movie or documentary, what it would be like, and who would play board members. I think the thread is in the Goldmine, but it could be fun to start a new one. The_Admiral
Somewhere there's a message board that is abandoned for 364 days a year but for an annual reunion where all the 2006 Forum Guys convene to post "come at the king you best not miss" and "Omar comin'," ask after one another's wives and children, and then leave. 4 Quote ♫ oh yeah, board goes on, long after the thrill of postin' is gone ♫
chakdaddy
The more I look at it, the more I feel that they found a pallette that is perfectly optimized- the contrast with the Navy and light blue makes the red pop in an orangey way. They're still r/w/b but they're no longer another generic r/w/b and ties together most of their historical identities.

BBTV
4 hours ago, dont care said: those shorts are too short Nah. They can even be an inch shorter. The problem is that the awfulness of the tights is inversely proportional to the length of the shorts, so they'd look bad. I have no problem with guys wearing tights - I do it from time to time at the gym, even in warm-ish weather - but there needs to be some way to make it more of a part of the uniform. I've commented on the long arms thing before. Usually with the NFL reveals, where they have the guys flexing with their arms down, they're practically at their ankles. It's not natural, and I'm not sure why they do it. The red and navy uniforms look good, but if the red and blue are separated by a white outline, then the biggest proponent of why they chose navy instead of royal blue goes out the window (that being navy contrasts with the mid-tone red better than royal, another mid-tone). As for the white uniform, the double outline is a bit too muddled and works better un-outlined in my opinion.

I would have made the C logo in the middle black on a white background. It'll look like the Nets but at least there are more colors on that roundel.

That '70s style logo fits much better in the G-League at this point alongside other retro-kitsch brands like the GoGo and the Hustle. The big league club's new logo is more suitable for the modern NBA. 4 1 Quote POTD: 2/4/12 3/4/

The parent club logos are farm league level, can have them all down to the compass C. Add another secondary logo with the script capital C wrapping around the sail shape, and we're good. I bet the farm club logos was the direction the design agency wanted for the main rebrand, and the path taken instead was the "vision" of the ownership.
