Cujo
Bubbling under the top 5- Jets, Patriots, Vikings, Steelers, and BroncosAt this point, it's almost impossible to have the Steelers cracking anyone's Top 10. Pittsburgh may be the defending champs, but they currently have a 1-2 record. On top of that, their lone win came in a poorly played game which they could have lost in overtime had the Titans actually touched the ball in OT. Also they are still undefeated at home (for what that is worth). They will be dropping down in my thoughts if they don't beat the Chargers though. 2011/12 WFL Champions
Sguse1
After Week 31. Baltimore Ravens- Flacco is turning the team into an offensive force... even though it was against the paltry Browns. 2. Minnesota Vikings- They are winning games. They may be ugly, but they are all come from behind wins. 3. New York Giants- Under the radar shutout in Tampa, they look very solid. 4. Indianapolis Colts- The only knock I have on Peyton Manning is that he ONLY has one super bowl. They thrashed the Cards. 5. New Orleans Saints-Here comes the run game.6. New York Jets- I can't believe what Rex Ryan has done with Sanchez at QB. 7. Philadelphia Eagles- Who needs McNabb?8. San Diego Chargers- Solid win but I really question the talent on this team. 9. Cincinnati Bengals- They are a tipped pass from being 3-0. Very surprising team so far. 10. Denver Broncos- Where did the defense come from?------------------28. Detroit Lions- They actually won a game, they deserve to be the best of the worst. 29. Carolina Panthers- John Fox you are officially on the hot seat.30. Tampa Bay Buccaneers- Josh Johnson... Show me what you got.31. St. Louis Rams- They need a passing game BADLY.32. Cleveland Browns- Funny thing is they used to play professional football in Cleveland. Sguse1
After Week 41. Minnesota Vikings- May be homerish... but they have an outstanding defense and the offense is coming together!2. Indianapolis Colts- Peyton is looking to capture another MVP award.3. New Orleans Saints- Defense is actually proving to be as good as their offense. 4. New York Giants-Will see how Eli's injury will affect them, but they are still a solid team.5. Denver Broncos- I have to give Josh McDaniels credit for what he's done.6. San Francisco- Rebounded nicely and shutout a division opponent after a tough loss. 7. New England Patriots- I think the Ravens lost this game more so than the Patriots won. 8. Cincinnati Bengals- Barely beat a poor Cleveland team... will see a real test vs. Ravens.9. Baltimore Ravens- Tough loss, But the offense has come around... its the defense that needs tuning.10. Chicago Bears- Fended off a pesky lions team and looked solid doing so. ------------------28. Detroit Lions- They actually are coming around...29. Oakland Raiders- Jamarcus is eating his money. 30. Tampa Bay Buccaneers- Close to beating Washington... I just dont know where they will pick up a win?31. Cleveland Browns- Better...? 32. St. Louis Rams- Ouch... You think they are playing for 2010? NEW.ERA
NEP's Week 5 Power Rankings(1)1. Giants: Eli's banged up but that shouldn't hamper them laying the smackdown on the Raiders.(4)2. Vikings: All Day hasn't done much since Week 1 that doesn't matter right now as Favre is playing some of the best ball of his career.(3)3. Saints: Drew Brees hasn't done much in the last two weeks but the one question mark on this team was the defense but it's also been answered.(6)4. Patriots: Tom Brady looked like his old self finally this weekend threading the balls to the receivers and showing what he's can be like when the game is on the line.(10)5. Colts: Peyton Manning has gone over 300 yards in his first four games using Austin Collie and Pierre Garcon to his advantage.(2)6. Ravens: They may have lost but Joe Flacco showed what he can play like in big games the Ravens aren't no slouch. (6)7. Eagles: Bye Week will do them good McNabb should play on Sunday against the Bucs.(5)8. Jets: Mark Sanchez fell back down to earth now he gets to showcase himself in front of a national audience on MNF.(NR)9. Broncos: Huge heroics late lifted 2009 early surprise to a 4-0 start next up the Pats.(NR)10. Bengals: They avoided their second tie in as many years they may have needed 75 minutes to dispose of the Browns but the Bengals are looking really good.-----------------------------------------Outside looking in11. Falcons12. Niners13. Bears14. Steelers15. Chargers-----------------------------------------(NR)T28. Lions: Could be Dante Culpepper's team sooner then later depending on Matt Stafford's knee.(28)T28. Panthers: If they go out and lose to the Redskins it's John Fox cutting up time.(29)T28. Buccaneers: They may have lost but Josh Johnson showed some promise.(NR)29. Raiders: Maybe cutting Jeff Garcia wasn't such a good idea.(30)30. Chiefs: Matt Cassel needs the Pats system again.(31)31. Browns: They came so close to winning and they showed some good signs that it's not quite over in Cleveland.(32)32. Rams: This team sucks.Key Matchups for Week 5.Bengals @ RavensFalcons @ NinersPats @ Broncos Β JETS|PACK|JAYS|NUFC|BAMA|BOMBERS|RAPS|ORANJE| Β

The Titans have not been owned like that in years. They took out Houston @ Houston. They lost to the Colts by 2 at Indy. The one bad game vs Arizona is sticking with you more than it should. Patterns show that the Arizona game was more of a fluke than sign of the times. You just have to explain this to me. I am truly dumbfounded. You have had time to not only tell us the local feel, but also your thoughts on Wayne Weaver and if you are boycotting Shoe Carnival. You were vocal about JAX and their sustainability last season, but silent on the above thread. Why? (Please respond there as it is a JAX based thread).
