RedSox44
The BoSox's red alt has navy letters on red, so wouldn't it make sense for its hat to have it, too?Yes, it would, but nothing about the Red Sox alts make sense. They're unnecessary, and the lack of piping on the red one just ruins the entire look for me. I actually kind of liked the pre-2009 red alt. CrookedThumb
Bucs:Didn't think I had one for the Bucs, then I remembered their current throwbacks aren't even the right color. I find that quite stupid they went with the different shade. It depends on what year you're looking at. According to the Glazers, they painstakingly searched for the exact orange they used in 1976, which they stopped using after that season. It's especially hard to tell when you consider that in 1976, they wore the orange jerseys in just one preseason game. Personally, I think they should've thrown back to what they wore in 1979. Better orange and better memories.

With the other oranges that stuck around much longer and were better looking, why pick the odd ball of the group? Well, because they are the Glazers I guess. As long as the Bucs don't become the next FL team to destroy their logo/unis, I'm ok with not having the best color. BigBubba
Thats easy...***pic removed***Also throw in the home and aways from this era. Seriously what were they thinking? The awful gradient adds yet another colour to the Canucks convoluted history, Purple!Amen to that! Actually, if the Canucks had used the recoloured Stick 'n Rink shoulder patch as the primary on that jersey, I would have bought one in a heartbeat. Actually, I'll tell you something that perhaps you may know already. In 2000, North Vancouver artist, Glen Green, designed a cool updated Johnny Canuck logo with the use of an orca-less 'C'. Vancouver Sun sports columnist, Greg Douglas showed the design in his column. Canucks then-President and GM Brian Burke, being the arrogant goofball that he is, was so enraged by Douglas'column that he scrapped the Johnny Canuck idea.Pics? Buster
I hated the Redskins white-on-white uniforms they wore for a few years. They were boring and bland. B&G is one of the best color schemes in the NFL, no reason to bleach it out.Even the all-burgundy experiment looked better, at least it had the team's colors represented. Radiohead
IMO, the Warriors uniforms from the '90's were just bland, cheap and dated.
RedSox44
New England Patriots:What????They played one year in my before correcting everything that is wrong with those uniforms. I hardly count them as worn. If they had worn those for five years, then I'd agree with you. But they were worn for only one and all errors were corrected the next season.Yes, the non-matching TV numbers and gray face mask suck. They're still better than the current uniforms. The Belichick Era uniforms are so vastly overrated. I hate them. They were cool during the Super Bowl Era, but they should've been changed years ago. Simplifying the Patriots would be a step in the right direction.
WSU151
That's a better uniform than anything they've worn since.Yes, the non-matching TV numbers and gray face mask suck. Simplifying the Patriots would be a step in the right direction. Completely disagree with 99% of this. The '93 set is not better than the current set, even with all of its flaws. The Pats just need to get rid of the red piping. I'm glad they didn't switch "years ago". The Patriots really don't need new uniforms every four or five years. The Patriots really don't need new uniforms every four or five years. You're right, they need a classic, timeless design. They had one. They should absolutely return to the 1960-1992 set, maybe switch the red and blue so the color jersey is primarily blue and the shoulder stripes red and white. The Patriots uniforms, as they stand now, are a mess. At least the '93 set didn't give you a seizure when looking at it. '93 is by no means "good", don't think I'm saying that. They're just better (albeit slightly, something I should've made clearer in my original post) than the current monstrosities.Different strokes for different folks. tubby34
My teams don't really ave too ugly of a set of uniforms but I would have to say these. They lacked so much color or originality that the new uniforms are a welcomed change to me. Any of them from 2003-2011 sucked. For the dolphins, I never liked their change to the cartoon dolphin. Their best look since 1996 has been the all white with aqua socks. I hope they can dind a way to make the aqua jersey a bit more bearable. the set just before it in my eyes was perfect except for the logo looking a bit too outdated, if only they just made the realistic dolphin look a bit more cartoony, not this cartoony. The last set the panthers wore were atrocious, thank god their done almost. The red was a big step up. The heat havent had any really bad uniforms, but I'd have to consider these the worst from 1988. If you google Johnny Canuck logos, you may be able to find it. It's a 3D version of Johnny with a serious, somewhat angry look on his face, holding a stick over his shoulder.
