The Graveyard is dead. Long live the Graveyard.

The Graveyard should have been a good learning tool. See what ends up there, and learn what NOT to do.

Any thought to just locking threads such that people can see what went wrong/what not to do?

Thing is if we're seeing locked threads here and there, wouldn't that clutter the boards up?

I can see the Graveyard being a good learning tool, but I also agree with its burial. I'm sure there are a bunch of threads in there that just aren't worth seeing or mentioning, even if the odd thread was mildly amusing. At least it'll stop all the "lol inb4 graveyard"s.

New warning points system is interesting. Is there a maximum number that one can get before being banned, or will the mods still get to a point where a member's bad enough to warrant suspending or banning anyway, regardless of how close to zero they are?

Also: Do warnings have an "expiry date"? For example, if somebody got off to a rough start and racked up a good amount, would they stick with him indefinitely? It might be an issue if he cleaned up his act and was trouble-free for say, six months, yet still had those warnings looming over him, which wouldn't be very reflective of his current standing as a member.

No, because they wouldn't move to the top of the forum because no one could reply to them.

Yes, but it'll create "LOLZ inb4 removalz!!11!"s

Yes, but no one will see them when they get axed. You can look at the graveyard, you can't look at deleted threads. There both nothing more than silly post-padding.
