Utah is a LOT better than they get credit for.

ASU looks a lot like they normally do against top schools. Slow.

OMG, How Did We Do That!!!!!! #BeatVT #Back2Back #Miracle

Refs helped. Tech got a few bad breaks.

But bad calls aside, ECU always gives Tech a game and this team never wakes up for it so they lose and it's frustrating.

Of course, it was a little funny because after the final whistle everybody in our section yelled 'Thanksgiving!' over and over again

EDIT: Just noticed three things. 1. NC State played South Alabama. On the road. 2. ECU wore a yellow facemask against Virginia Tech yesterday and changed their number outline from yellow to white on their 'blackout jerseys'. Also VT wore a sparkly red chrome shell. only problem is it was cherry, not maroon.

Asymmetric helmets need to go away. Arizona State looks better when they have either forks or Sparky on both sides of the helmet.

The only time I'm alright with asymmetric helmets is when the team uses a simple logo on one side and numbers on the obverse (see: Steelers). Teams using two different logos, oversized-logos, chrome, shading effects, different stripe patterns, etc., is just getting absurd.

For example, Notre Dame could have made this a BEAUTIFUL helmet, but the 2/5ths striping is just stupid. A navy helmet with the hammered gold as a (centered) fat stripe and the normal Irish logo would have been amazing.

In other news, California is actually ranked for once. :oh:

I like when Cali schools are ranked... it means probable fewer midwest pretentious schools being ranked via heritage lols.

That's more of a Southern thing nowadays.

I don't know how I'm still a Miami fan. I just can't even anymore.

1. Why anyone's a Miami fan I'll never understand.

2. Don't blame the team. Blame Al Golden. He may have done a good job with the players off the field but he's not getting it done on it. Also, who wants a guy as a head coach who had no idea what he was getting in to with a situation like Miami's. Golden's either a complete idiot (uh dur I had no idea!) or he's doing a great job of sticking with that lie.

Al Golden is a terrible coach. Honestly, he's a puss. He'll keep making BS excuses and they won't make up for them.

I'm sort of angry this Saturday morning, so please excuse me...but I'm so sick of Notre Dame and its receiving of preferential treatment. This pseudo ACC membership is laughable. They play five 'conference' games but remain independent. Notre Dame has been and will always be my least favorite college football program. Someone needs to knock them off very soon. Go Clemson!
