Likewise, there's a few teams who are close: the Cubs (prefer their 50's-60's road look), Yankees (prefer their pre-1973 road look), Red Sox (prefer the blue undershirts and striped socks), Giants (their best look was 2000-2010, until they tweaked the road piping), Indians (prefer the late-90's look overall), Angels (too many "A" patches these days), and Mariners (if they never switched the damn outlines). In other sports, it's a little less common, but there's still quite a few teams that really jump out to me as wearing their 'best look ever' right now - the Bruins, Blackhawks, Rangers, Lightning, Flyers, Redskins, and Bills all jump out to me as definitively wearing their best identities ever right now. TSHARE18 Posted May 9, 2017 Share Posted May 9, 2017 The helmets were the only thing that wasn't a huge downgrade from the original/previous Jaguars set. The side stripes were not uniform on the different jersey cuts. There were at least three or four different looking stripes on the field at the same time. The removal of gold was also a huge downgrade. I'll even go as far as saying, besides the two toned helmets, the current uniforms are much better than the 08-12 set.
