There shouldn't be rules with this gold-trim-for-champions thing, sometimes it works as outlines (as for say the Red Sox or Nats) but it's odd for the Dodgers here. Give me a gold LA on the cap and a gold number instead of red on the shirt, call it a day. (Or just exercise restraint and be happy with a patch.)
