NEW.ERA
That is solid. Kipper is probably going to retire at the end of this season. JETS|PACK|JAYS|NUFC|BAMA|BOMBERS|RAPS|ORANJE|
The Giant Pacific Octopus
Isles coming on strong, too! You can do it, li'l guys! You're almost there! We're all pullin' for you (except Rags and Devils fans)! Between Winnipeg, Nassau, and Playoff Toronto, we could have some rockin' barns this spring.Nassau rockin'? How loud can 6 fans actually be? habsfan1
Currently watching the Blue Jackets/Flames game.Columbus takes an encouraging 3-1 lead mid-2nd period. Well, it was encouraging, until I realized that Mason is in net...Edit: What did I tell ya...it's now 3-2.
cmm
After all the turmoil this offseason, Lubomir Visnovsky has signed a two-year extension with the Islanders. See that, NHL free-agents-to-be? Playing for the Isles isn't that bad.

CS85
Blackhawks may still tout a great record but they play some lost, lifeless hockey sometimes. What a ho-hum roster with some jarring dead weight filling in for Sharp and Hossa. Quote "You are nothing more than a small cancer on this message board. Still MIGHTY
Four-game losing streak sandwiched by wins over Chicago? (FOR THE SEASON SWEEP!) I can deal with it!They went through a quick spell, but God damn, I love this team.(And of course the perfect game for another letdown as they visit the no-longer-easy-out Blue Jackets on Sunday.) | ANA | LAA | LAR | LAL | ASU | CSULB | USMNT | USWNT | LAFC | OCSC | MAN UTD |
The_Admiral
Hawks need Sharp and Hossa back soon, plus a #2 center. The more I defend Dave Bolland, the worse he gets. I expect Stan to trade for a #6 defenseman instead. The Hawks should also consider not crapping out at the end of every Ducks game. This has not been an elite team for weeks. ♫ oh yeah, board goes on, long after the thrill of postin' is gone ♫

CS85
Bolland is a heartless putz right now; a hollow shell of The Rat we once knew. It's painful to watch him flail out there as Q endlessly shakes up his linemates, desperately searching for the magic combination to restore his now-vacant confidence.Edit: sorry for typos, I'm in phone Quote "You are nothing more than a small cancer on this message board. infrared41
It would be nice if every once in a while the Blue Jackets could score four or five goals in a game and only give up one or two. They never make it easy. Anyway, nice win tonight.

rams80
So I was perusing the Blues hfboards section in light of the Peoria fiasco, and apparently the Blues are in financial trouble...again. Among the specifics-the lease is apparently killing the team.My question for the board at large is simply this. HOW? I thought the Blues owned the goddamn building.
