College Football 2014 Season

SJSU -

Is that around 13 different combos?!?!?!?!

Blue/yellow/white is nice.

Yellow/yellow/white is nice.

And I like blue/white/yellow, for some reason.

The Slogan on the SJSU Twitter was "18 different combinations, 18 seniors" so they have 18 total

Nothing says "name-brand" like eighteen different looks on the field. Count me among the group of fans that sees schools like Alabama, Auburn, Penn State, USC, LSU, Florida State, and Michigan (at least until the last year or two) and knows exactly who they are when I turn a college football game on TV. I'll take those looks any day over wondering who the he** I am watching in the latest fad of the day, whether it be black or anthracite uniforms, matte helmets, chrome facemasks, etc.

It needs a beefy arm and some consummate v's.

1. Hire the Brothers Chaps for consulting work on a uniform redesign at UAB

2. ???

3. Profit with Trogdor.

Just don't use any chiaroscuro shading or you'll get burned.

The Minnesota Gophers unveiled a new gold helmet that they'll supposedly only use "for a couple of games this season."

My personal fear as a Gophers fan is that they'll just go full mustard banana with it.

Looks good. Hopefully it will be paired with a maroon jersey and white pants.

The Ski-U-Mah battle cry is actually on the helmet stripe twice - once on the front which is visible here, and the second time at the bottom of the stripe, but oriented the same way.

"I believe in Auburn and love it!"

But borrowing the word "ski" from Sioux language and bastardizing it by adding "U-Mah" to make it rhyme with "rah rah rah" isn't an honor, is it? NCAA, where are you?????

Hmmm, yellow/maroon/yellow screams Arizona State, to me.

Except that ski-u, ski-oo, or ski-yoo arent Sioux words for victory either but was used as exclamation after winning a canoe race against Minnesota that the captain heard and then added mah to rhyme with rah.

Minnesota's own web site proudly lists this "Sioux" word along with an explanation for its origin. If the NCAA can put the hammer down on William & Mary for previously using a feather in its school logo, surely this must raise a few eyebrows.

No way you're being serious with this.

If he's the mafiaman I think he is, then no. No he's not.

Well, maybe halfway.
