If you want to say the NFL shouldn't expand to London, you certainly can, and I agree. But if you want to say it'll never happen, and it's just some kind of smoke screen, I think you're underestimating the arrogance and stubbornness of 32 billionaires.

They've been talking about this for too long now for it to just be some kind of diversion. IMO, if they are intent on expanding to 36, they're going to find some way to make London happen.

This is how I feel about things like the A's to Vegas and NBA expansion - ill-advised IMO, but it's an inevitability. Now I just hope each team looks good.

I’m only rooting for this to be successful IOT expose the rest of the NFL’s scum and finally get Dan Sneider the ax.

If this is a lawsuit about wrongful termination, then I would have laughed at Gruden and I would like to laugh at this lawsuit as well. However, I think the bigger picture isn't the lawsuit,  but what else comes out.

I’d like to think after the St Louis lawsuit is blowing up in the NFL’s face that they’d take the hint and settle with Gruden before this goes to discovery. Expecting anyone in the NFL to make the smart decision from Roger Goodell to DeShawn Watson seems to be way too big of an ask though as of late.

I mean, they kinda did destroy his career, they definitely made a sacrificial lamb out of him before anyone could dig deeper into email malfeasance, but good luck winning a lawsuit about the time you made fun of your controlled opposition's racial characteristics.

There really needs to be a ref in the booth that only looks at QB hits and buzzes down when there’s a legit foul. On-field refs get too many game-changing 15-yard penalties wrong - they shouldn’t throw the flag unless it’s beyond question. Just let the booth monitor it.

Same with PI.  But a system like that would take away from the ability to manipulate the points or even outcome of games.

Leave it to the Steelers to tie against a winless team. That fumble at the end when in field goal range has to be the epitome of Steeler football when playing bad teams.

Bucs with a surprising loss against Washington. Brady has been pretty sloppy as of late. Are they really missing Gronk that much?

Tennessee is turning from AFC darkhorse into AFC favorites. Even more surprising is that they're doing it without Henry. Their biggest weakness has been how overly reliant they are on him, so it's nice to see them prove they can win it through the air too. Vrabel seriously should be the frontrunner for Coach of the Year at this point.

And The Patriots are once again peaking at just the right time. Mac has been extremely solid and seems to have finally found a rhythm to the offense. Hunter Henry has given them that TE threat they were so desperately lacking since Gronk left. and the Impossible happened, Meyers finally scored a TD. long after breaking the NFL record for most receptions without one.

The Defense is the side that deserve most of the credit though. Jackson is still a top CB and no one seems to be talking about what an absolute beast Judon is. By far he's been the best signing Belichick made this past offseason.

Short week to face the Falcons, but after that the next few games are going to be huge.
vs. Titans
@ Bills
@ Colts
vs. Bills

With how tumultuous the AFC is right now, those 4 games could have enormous playoff ramifications.

Bucs looked like garbage today, but so did Atlanta and New Orleans, so I’m happy. Carolina won, but I’m never worried about that team.
