Doubt the Cardinals would incorporate any elements specific to the valley or Greater Metro Phoenix area as a "state" named team.

 

State flag and copper or other "desert colors" (ugh) would make sense.

They need to back to full on embracing the black as a main colour.  Put it back as an accent colour and things will look SO much better

I love when we get close to a reveal on this site because someone will spitball something like "this color scheme would look good for the cardinals"

OBJ was announced today and they used the black jersey for the press conference. The team then posted mockups of his name on the black, white and color rush but not on the home purple. Could be nothing but odd nonetheless

Ravens need to do Black/Purple at home and White/Purple on the road. IT could be that, but who actually knows.

I don't see the Ravens switching to black full time with their main rival already wearing black. Plus the purple is unique and looks better. Still weird that they would include the Color Rush and not regular home, but maybe OBJ chose those three jerseys because they're /?

Haha this is exactly what happens.

 

Someone will say "I'd like to see yellow facemasks to represent the yellow beak of the Cardinal logo." And then within a few pages people are arguing about how the Cardinals will look like the Chiefs. And later someone else will be like "It was confirmed a few pages back that the Cardinals are switching to yellow facemasks."

I have a feeling the only really significant chunk of official data we have is the logo on the briefcase.

 

Just looking at what’s red and what isn’t. 
 

I’ve no clue what the uniform is going to look like but I do wonder if the new template will figure into it.

The very last Sun Devils game I attended as a student they worse these and beat Notre Dame.  Nostalgia is a big reason why, but these are top 5 for me all time when it comes to football uniforms.

Black helmets work, no reason to toss it out of the set. I'd slap the head on the sleeves instead of the chest. That's way too much unused space on the sleeve caps. And go back to the original 1995 pants striping.

These are definitely uniforms  that I like more than I should; it’s probably because Im a sucker for copper.

Is there a world where the new colors not used in major sports is simply Red-Yellow-Blue? As in the state flag?

 

there are plenty of teams that use 2/3 but no team uses all 3 besides the avalanche/blues/devils alternates…??? Real Salt Lake but idk if that counts to TruColors hints?

This is basically what I am imagining based on all the hints. Except maybe more of a maroon, copper, navy blue? In my head is a uniform with some desert cardinal ideas and some gradient-y Arizona sunset ideas. 

 

 

Am I on the right track @TruColor?

As much as I love both of those looks, I disagree that the primary home combo should be Black over Purple. In a division with two rival teams wearing black primary sets, the Ravens need to stick with purple, especially since it's such a unique color for the AFC. Black over purple is easily their best combo, but it needs to stay as an alternate for the sake of their brand.
