Judging by the fact that we pack every place we play, I'm guessing at least a few (million) people in the nation don't despise us. Sounds to me like you're just jealous that you couldn't get accepted to THE Ohio State University. Now that we've settled that, I think I'll put on my Ohio State class ring, stare at my diplomas, and be arrogant for a while. Seriously though, I'm not sure how I feel about that ring. Part of me thinks it's OK that they had it made, but a bigger part of me thinks that it's kind of stupid. In either case, it's ugly as . A ring that actually defines you're undefeated, then you tell your kids and/or grand kids that being undefeated didn't count for anything, in the most serious and unfortunate reason (bowl bans rather than simply being out-polled by other undefeated teams). The NCAA has been so arbitrary that teams that have had recruiting violations skate by while the bigger schools get targeted for smaller infractions. The actual rings look like they have gold in them. That said, the 2010 rings are my favorites.Perfect example of how a little bit of color, with the perfect placement takes a totally bland design and makes it classy and downright perfect.The Tigers' ring is on point while the Giants' ring seems like its missing something. Both have eye pleasing designs, but only the Tigers' ring feels complete to me. Sad because their ring is only for an AL Championship and not the whole shabang.
