BadSeed84
Panthers jersey needs hem stripe and a yellow stripe breaking up the navy yoke, and it would look good.
uniguy22
I agree the Panthers jersey looks a lot better on tv than those pictures. Actually looks pretty sharp.
kw11333
Can't really judge all the new jerseys till you see them on the ice. Hockey pants, socks, and helmets add a lot to a hockey jersey set.

kw11333
I would hate and love if for one night only the new Winnipeg team pulled out an retro Jets jersey for their rookie. I would hate it b/c they have zero affiliation with those Jets, and love it b/c I love that jersey set.
twi
Have to disagree with everyone fawning over the Oilers going full retar... err retro. Those colors are horribly dated.
The_Admiral
They're "blue" and "orange." That's the opposite of dated. Would you like to see the Knicks and Mets wear midnight blue and copper, too? It's the way they're arranged more than anything. It's particularly egregious the way all the gloves are done now in various team colors. Completely different than the Mets and Knicks, although I couldn't tell you what the latter look like.As for midnight blue and copper, much more distinctive and unique. Although I don't think the Oilers ever took full advantage of that color scheme.
sportsfan9580
It looks like a 40th Anniversary of the Franchise patch, because I got a glimpse of the edge of the patch which had "2012" on it.

Sport
I like the Kings' template, but I hate the home plate logo. Why not just use the crown? It's been strong enough for the last 13 years or so, why not now?The Oilers white jerseys look exactly like I pictured them. Good. That panthers jersey really needs some white on it somewhere.I'm okay with the Predators as they're already the best jersey they've ever worn and I like the music tie-ins. CubsFanBudMan
I'm in the minority, but I like the Panthers jersey. First, it's red. Second, they got rid of the apron strings. Third, no broken stick to say "it's hockey."Piping probably should have stayed on the yoke, but with those Edge sleeve stripes there's really no way to make it blend. These are about as good as a truly Edge-ified Panthers could look. Of course, many teams have escaped the clutches of Edge since. But considering the direction the colors were headed not so long ago, I'll take it. I've said it here before, but each jersey change has made me miss the previous version. Navy replacing red, then Edge replacing the classic, then, of course, the double blues. I can honestly say that I think this move is an upgrade. As good as it can be? No. But headed in the right direction finally. Now if the team can do the same...Also, I'm hoping they remove the apron strings from the white jerseys, but hold on to the yoke trim. But if they stay as-is? Good enough. They'll at least look like the Florida Panthers again.
