Thank you Seattle.

I don't think it's a stretch to say the Cowboys-Eagles game next week will decide the division.

And whoever loses could very well be out of the playoffs.

Eagles go from eyeing a bye to potentially sitting at home.

What's scary is that the Eagles are a good team. Very good. But the Seahawks right now are just a whole other level of good. Packers too (at least in GB)

That's fantastic. I can't recall a coach trolling another franchise like that. That's a buddy Ryan move, which makes sense since fisher was Ryan's right hand for a few years.

That's actually kind of scary. The Cowboys at 9-4 are the 7th seed. 1st-7th (when not accounting for the division that no one wants to win) is separated by 1 game. It's a shame that either the Cowboys, Seahawks, Lions or Eagles will be watching the playoffs from their living room while the Falcons or Saints will be in the playoffs.

Cowboys - Lakers - LAFC - USMNT - LA Rams - LA Kings - NUFC

I hope someone takes the Lombardi away from the Seahawks and their team of arrogant pricks.

Not since the 2000-2001 Ravens have I loathed a SB champ and the follow-up attempt as much as these guys.

Who do you not like? How are they different than most teams? I can see you not liking Sherman. He is a bit annoying with his on-field antics.

Stupid :censored: tongue f-ers Arizona, who sucked even with Carson Palmer but had a great record for some reason is going to F a lot of things up. If they don't lose out, an 11-5 NFC East team will likely be sitting at home (assuming whoever loses next week goes on to win their next two.) I don't know any of the tiebreaker scenarios with Detroit but I'm just putting them in for the sake of simplicity.

At the end f the day, I don't really care because neither the Eagles nor the Cowboys are legitimate contenders, but its' still fun to have a playoff game or two (and had the Eagles won today, the "or two" would have meant NFC Championship Game). I guess if AZ loses out or loses 1 and either PHI or DAL run the table then they get the 2 seed, but that just means getting throat banged by the the giant :censored: of the Packers in GB in the NFCCG.

You hate everyone. Maybe sports aren't for you.

A telling stat on how inept the 49ers offense is: They have 3 touchdowns in their last 4 games.

Forgetting Seattle, that includes games vs the Giants, Redskins, and Raiders.

Was going to like this, but I've apparently hit my "max" for the day.

I can't believe we've gotten to this point, but who would've thought that 49ers Seahawks in December, instead of a heavyweight showdown, now is essentially rendered to at best a trap game for SEA between Philly and Zona?

I mean, it feels like this is gonna be the final nail in the coffin for the Harbaugh era, an era we didn't think would crash down so soon and so decisively.

Congrats - Raiders, you beat the 49ers fair and square. I did have on here about a Raider's player using instagram to call Kaepernick a name, and I called him out in the paragraph, but after learning of the following, I'm just going to say congrats Raiders, and not that it would, but it's petty compared to what just happened.

And in much sadder news, the rufus-free event is no more. Apparently, just now seeing on Facebook a security guard was shot in downtown San Jose at Britannia Arms during a dispute between fans watching the 49ers-Raiders game. Isn't that Owen Nolan's restaurant? Hope the man is OK. Can't we all just get along?

People will see the Bengals-Steelers score and think it was a blowout. Wasn't the case. The Bengals were leading in the fourth quarter before an Andy Dalton fumble and the team fell apart. 25 unanswered points to Pittsburgh after that, but more than 3 quarters of the game were in Bengals' control.

I hate sports. Sports are never fun.

You should start a blog called 'Sports hate me', cause I'm right there with ya. Ugh.

Are you being facetious? Because I had a blog that was called that. The gimmick of always writing about how terrible my teams are got tired. That, and I got a real job so writing essays for no money became less fun with less free time.

I wrote it for about a year in 2010 and 2011 and the worst part is things haven't gotten any better.

The 49ers Raiders "rivalry" is my least favorite in all of sports. I've been to a handful of games between the two at both the Coliseum and at Candlestick and it's never been anything even remotely enjoyable. Some fans act like such immense idiots because of "territory". It's the one aspect of the NFL pricing people out of games that I actually don't mind.
