Wow, last time I saw an injury like that Tre Roberson's tenure as IU's starting QB came to an end.

The last time I was that sickened by an injury, I was watching in horror as Shaun Livingston destroyed his whole left knee. Let's hope George's road to recovery is a lot quicker and easier than Livingston's.

You have to believe that more teams will start taking the hard-line stance that the Spurs took with Manu this year against playing in international play, right? Rallying around the flag is cool and all, but at the end of the day, it's the NBA teams signing these players' paychecks, and it's the NBA teams getting screwed when things like this happen.

The tragic thing is this was simply a scrimmage, it wasn't even competitive. This is something that could've happened in a game of pick up or a game of practice. Good lord, that's just...God, I need a hard drink after that image.

This.

Sees as this past season was arguably Livingston's first season in which he was fully "recovered," let's all hope George has a quicker road to recovery.

I broke my ankle like that back in the 6th grade on a trampoline. Four surgeries and nearly 15 years later, it's still not the same.
