I agree that it looks like it has to with architecture, but I'm not sure if it's this building or another. You'd think it'd be pretty specific and notable, but that pattern doesn't match any images of buildings I've found. It'd be weird if Nike did a pattern on something kinda similar. I don't know the name of it. The chest wordmark appears to be the Michigan State custom font. The shoulder/pants stripes are pretty meh.
