IceCap
Eek. These do not look great. Throwback to 1995 if you want a classic Dallas Stars look. seasaltvanilla
The other New York game also looked very good, at least in terms of apparel.
CreamSoda
The Kraken have a great identify. Too bad they aren't successful like Vegas and we really wont be seeing them in prime time games very often for a while.
B-mer
All star jerseys are nice, but uniforms as a whole, not so much. Need to go back to simpler format so there’s just two uniforms.

Well I mean have two teams, not four. This year each team had a blue and a white jersey so they could make sure one team had the other no matter which divisions advanced. I much preferred East v West or even North America v World. Revisit the fantasy draft maybe? Full teams, normal game. Then each team has one uniform and you won’t have weird mismatching pieces like this year. If sticking with the 4 division format then 4 uniforms that any could face each other would be cool. They've still yet to release their mascot (which I'm hoping is an old-timey scuba diver). That said, the crowning achievement of the franchise so far has been their branding/uniforms. I have some faith they'll keep nailing that part while the actual hockey aspect grows. Quote "You are nothing more than a small cancer on this message board. I saw highlights of the same player in both the blue and white uniforms.... Just make 4 unique uniforms if you want 4 unique teams.

Shumway
The striping pattern is a little similar (mostly because of the thin orange/red one) but one jersey is stunning, and the other is poop, despite it being the best Ducks jersey. B-mer
Are there people that don’t see it? That was my first thought when they came out.
andrewharrington
There’s exactly one thing “the same” about them, and that’s the warm-hued floating stripe on a dark field around the forearm and calf. Like, that’s it. They just don’t look anything alike aside from that one particular element, as evidenced by this game. CreamSoda
Dark/thin red/dark. That’s it. No other similarities at all. I hardly call that even enough to warrant such a discussion or obsession
Morgan33
It's literally a stripe and two width-changes away from being a straight up re-colour... I think people are too enamored with the Kraken identity (which is understandable, it's beautiful) to admit that.
chcarlson23
I don’t get how people don’t see it. It’s thick blocks of color, followed by a thin, bright, contrasting color in a field of the darkest color. They are designed very similarly in that the sleeves and socks are very strip heavy, while the hems are not. And that’s on top of the similarity to the striping pattern. And similar =/= exact. Let me make that clear. They have different patterns, but they’re very similar. Both are beautiful though! That’s a great match-up!
