DG_YouKnowWhatThatMeans
Refs are atrocious in this Hawks/Saints game and it feels like they've been actively taking plays away from Seattle. Amazingly, NFC Player of the Month Geno Smith and the Seahawks have the lead mid-way through the fourth. It feels like the Seahawks traded Russ for Geno and got a bunch of first-round picks too for fun. Incredible. EDIT: LOL, Seattle's defense stinks and they're down again after a Taysom Hill TD Quote 1 hour ago, ShutUpLutz! said: and the drunken doodoobags jumping off the tops of SUV's/vans/RV's onto tables because, oh yeah, they are drunken drug abusing doodoobags
Discrim
If Geno Smith isn't comeback player of the year, I'll be shocked. And I used to call Louisville's games the Lamar Show when he was in college...looks like today's been the Taysom Hill Show down in Nola. 1 Quote A strong mind gets high off success, a weak mind gets high off bull
FiddySicks
Lol that roughing call against the Falcons would piss me off so much if I wasn’t so biased. Lol oh well! I knew the Falcons were going to be in the very least annoying. Atlanta looks like a good QB away from being at least competitive. 1 Quote On 11/19/2012 at 7:23 PM, oldschoolvikings said: She’s still half convinced “Chris Creamer” is a porn site.) TrueYankee26
Over a quarter through the season and the Giants and Jets renaissance is surely one of the surprises of the season. Disappointment... well we all saw TNF 3 days ago. Colts and Broncos offenses are offensive to watch. Quote trueyankee26.wordpress.com
Alex Houston
Yea, that was a bullcrap play to win a game on, but alas, you can always argue that Atlanta shouldn't have been in that position in the first place. Anytime you want to blame referees for a game, you need to remember the team could've been set up better to begin with. 1 Quote "And then I remember to relax, and stop trying to hold on to it, and then it flows through me like rain and I can't feel anything but gratitude for every single moment of my stupid little life... I don't even care about the Falcons and I was pissed when I saw that. 1 Quote POTD: 2/4/12 3/4/
GDAWG
Geno Smith is doing all of these three things: Not allowing CJ Stroud, Bryce Young or Will Levis to take his spot next year allowing the Seahawks to concentrate on defense in the draft, giving Pete Carroll another year (maybe even two) and securing himself at least a two year contract. He'll be the reason Stroud, Young or Levis won't be playing in the Pacific Northwest next year. And the thing is, he's turning 32 tomorrow.

Sure, but Pete Carroll is not going to allow his team to tank and get a top 5 pick. His worse seasons as Seahawks head coach, he won 7 games. He has never won fewer than 7 in his time in Seattle. BBTV
Kyler Murray might be the dumbest football player in the league. It's no wonder they had to put that clause in his contract. I simply cannot understand what the hell was going through his mind when he spiked the ball on 3rd and less than one. Complete moron. Dalcowboyfan92
Dallas's defense is out of this world right now, but still. The offense needs to show up. You're not going to get this lucky again. If the defense buckles and breaks, and the offense is still anemic and seasick; then they're going to be screwed.

DoctorWhom
So since I was at the game, can someone tell me why Dan Campbell suddenly forget Field goals are a thing in the NFL? In addition to the Shutout by the Patriots, the Lions failed on 4th down like 6 times this game.
Dynasty
I know Campbell came off as a likable guy, even amongst his players.. but the Lions need to let him go. He's not the answer at head coach.

They were losing by six, they made a play they needed to put themselves in a position to have a chance to win but get absolutely screwed by one of the worst calls I've ever seen -- the type of call that genuinely makes you question the integrity of the sport -- and it's "welp, was a bad call but ya' shouldn't have been losing"? Hell no. Agreed. The "take it out of the refs hands" argument is nonsense, because close games are a thing and you should be able to count on the officials to -- at the least -- not actively interfere. Atlanta was robbed of an opportunity to win. 6 Quote 1 hour ago, ShutUpLutz! said: and the drunken doodoobags jumping off the tops of SUV's/vans/RV's onto tables because, oh yeah, they are drunken drug abusing doodoobags

Nice to see that like usual, I'm proven right in the end. The problem I have with the call is just a couple weeks ago, the same style of play happened that caused Tua’s concussion to get instantly worse in a matter of seconds. Nothing was called. There was an analyst yesterday who even said there’s a distinction between calls for “traditional” QBs versus more mobile and agile QBs

Nobody ever says the inverse of “shouldn’t have let it come down to the officials.” You never hear a coach/player/fan say “well we were happy to keep the game close so that we could make the game come down to a bad call and luckily we benefited.” unrelated: starting to think Zac Taylor is the worst coach to ever make a Super Bowl.
