Considering I'm not that big a fan on seeing sports in person, I think I have a pretty decent list:

MLB: Blue Jays, Angels, Tigers, Yankees, Devil Rays, Orioles, Rangers, Reds, White Sox, Rockies, Mariners, Giants, and Nationals (well, as of Sunday I will have seen the Nats). Interestingly, I've seen the Blue Jays once at one and three times as a road team, the Orioles twice on the road in two different stadiums, the White Sox twice on the road in two different stadiums, and the Angels three times on the road, in three different stadiums.

NFL: Bills, Giants, Raiders, Patriots, Dolphins, and Redskins

NBA: Wizards, Sonics, Knicks, Sixers, Lakers, Celtics, Heat, and Cavaliers

NHL: Lightning and Maple Leafs

NFL (2/32): Packers, Seahawks (1 game at Lambeau)

Overall (17/122)
