McCall Posted January 31, 2013 Share Posted January 31, 2013 CDixon has a good track record and he's said there will be a new logo and didn't mention any new colors for the Jags (did mention a new color for the Vikes), so I have a good feeling the Jags change their logo and don't add any new colors. Many, many outlets have reported a new Jags logo. Even today Jags beat writer confirmed a question about logo/uniform changes.I don't doubt Dixon, but Showtime is one of the guys in the know and has usually already seen the actual logos. Old School Fool Posted January 31, 2013 Share Posted January 31, 2013 I was playing NFL 2K5 the other night, and I came across the Jaguars having teal pants...it was right then and there I realized that they are absolutely stupid for not making this happen and instead focusing on just going black. Leave the Ravens and Panthers to all black.Just incase anyone wants to see what it would have looked like if they really took the field in them. Awesome Sports Logos Posted February 1, 2013 Share Posted February 1, 2013 I actually think it's a good idea to change their logo. They have a great new owner Shahid Khan that is commited to the community. I compare this to the Patriots changing their logo in the 90's. The old "Pat Patriot" logo brought back memories of losing and moving to another city. Now since they've won 3 Super Bowls, everyone loves the "Pat Patriot" logo again and I think that the same will happen with the Jaguars when they turn the franchise around.
